The Good Dinosaur Available Now On Disney Blu-Ray DVD and Digital HD

From the innovative minds of Disney•Pixar comes a hilariously heartwarming adventure about the power of confronting and overcoming your fears and discovering who you are meant to be.
 The Good Dinosaur asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely, and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? In this epic journey into the world of dinosaurs, an apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

We received a digital copy of the film to check out for ourselves. My kiddos were super-excited, since they adore anything Disney, and of course, they love dinosaurs, too. 

The first thing we noticed were the amazing graphics. This film is beautifully made, and definitely blows all the movies of my childhood out of the water when it comes to how realistic everything looks. Check out the clip above to see what I mean. See the grass and bushes? WOW. Just WOW. 

We really enjoyed the story, too. Xander especially liked it. He's 5, and tends to be a little fearful and shy at times. He loved watching Arlo face his fears and accomplish things he never dreamed of. Definitely a very positive message, and one that resonated well with our entire family. 

Since we had a digital copy of the movie, we didn't get to enjoy the amazing bonus features that are included with the Blu-Ray. However, I'd still love to tell you all about them.
