***Disclosure: I received samples to facilitate my post. All opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** It's no secret that I am a HUGE fan of CBD, and an advocate for hemp and legal Cannabis in general. I personally use CBD products every single day, and have for years. Whether it's tinctures, gummies, capsules, topical creams, or even CBD/CBG flower, these products have been absolutely essential in my life.
Of course these CBD-rich products are not meant to treat, prevent, or cure any ailment, and you should always talk to your doctor if you have concerns about any new lifestyle changes like CBD. Gotta get that disclosure out of the way. And no, I am not a physician or member of the medical community. What I AM is a person who suffers from GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), Depression, and CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.) These have been diagnosed after loads of therapy so I could grow and move past things that hurt me, and I am not a fan of prescription drugs unless they're absolutely necessary. While I am NOT against anyone using meds to deal with their mental health, I didn't like the way they made me feel. I'm kind of paranoid about pills because I have seen firsthand what addiction can do. I stay away from anything addictive or habit forming if I can help it. I've found that supplementing my lifestyle with daily CBD has been effective in helping me stay relaxed, grounded, and well. In fact, I've never felt better. I have a generally healthy lifestyle to begin with. Self care and making healthy choices is so important. I drink tons of water, nixed my soda habit years ago, and I don't use tobacco or drink at all. I also make sure to get plenty of sleep and stay active. My lifestyle choices are all about my overall wellness, and CBD is a natural fit for me. I'm definitely a fan.
