Review/Giveaway Policies

For Brands and Businesses:
  • I ONLY accept review products with a retail value of  $ 100 or more. This can be one product, or an assortment of products. If product value is less than this amount, the difference can be made up via PayPal or an Amazon Code. ***PLEASE NOTE. IF REVIEW SAMPLES ARE PROVIDED I DO NOT CHARGE A SPONSORED POST FEE.***
  • I do not accept sample sizes. In order to give a thorough and accurate review, full-sized products are needed. 
  • Review samples are non-returnable, unless they are defective in nature. If for some reason there needs to be a return, a prepaid shipping label must be provided.
  • If I receive a product that does not fit the above stated guidelines, I am under no obligation to complete the review. 
  • In the event that I cannot post a positive review, I will contact the company beforehand to work out any issues before publishing. I don't like posting negative reviews, and always make brands aware of any concerns or problems I might have. 
  • If holding a giveaway, please note that I do not ship winners' prizes. Once the giveaway has concluded, I will e-mail the winner's shipping info for prize fulfillment. Please plan to ship all prizes within 30 days of receipt of winner info.
  • I do accept sponsored posts. These posts can be pre-submitted, or I can write them myself, incorporating your links, etc. For pre-written posts: All posts must be at least 300 words, and cannot link to any content that is not "family-friendly". (ie: no sex, gambling, or drug-related sites.) Please e-mail me at newlycrunchymamaof3@gmail.com for my rates. 
  • I do accept advertising. This can be in  the form of sidebar ads or text links, or as an in-post text link. Again, all links must be family-friendly. Please e-mail me at newlycrunchymamaof3@gmail.com for my rates. 
  • I am happy to coordinate Blogging Events. I am in several blogging groups with well-established, "heavy-hitters", and I am happy to enlist other bloggers to help promote your brand or business. This generally requires a review/giveaway product that meets or exceeds the above review/giveaway guidelines. During an event, I can have several other blogs post the giveaway on their sites as well as help promote for the duration of the event. This is a wonderful way to get the maximum "buzz" about your product or service, since most of the blogs I partner with have at least 15,000 FB fans with a lot of reach. Please note: If no review product is provided, I also accept compensation via PayPal or Amazon. for coordinating/running the event. Please e-mail me at newlycrunchymamaof3@gmail.com for my rates.  
  • I would love to hear of any ongoing, Brand Ambassador programs you might offer. I have represented many different brands over the past few years, and take great pride in my work. Some brands I have worked as an Ambassador for include: Maytag, Step2, Earth's Best, Tidy Books, Sports Illustrated Kids, Excedrin Migraine, Dove, Cost Plus World Market, and Pull-Ups. For Readers:
I always do my best to make sure my winners receive their prizes in a timely manner. After all, giveaways are supposed to be FUN, right?!

That's why I'd like to quickly address some basic policies regarding giveaways.

  • I DO NOT ship giveaway prizes myself. This means that the sponsor is responsible for prize fulfillment. I simply act as the middleman. I always forward winner's info to the sponsor within 24 hours of receiving it, and sponsors are then expected to ship prizes directly in a timely manner.
  • Winners will always be notified via e-mail (Make sure to check your spam folders, too!) I also tweet winner announcements as well as post them to Facebook.
  • Winners generally have 48 hours to claim their prize and provide necessary info, unless otherwise specified. If I do not hear from winners in this timeframe, I will redraw a new winner.
  • If winners have not received prizes within about 30 days, I am happy to check with the sponsor on the status.
  • I am not liable for missing or unshipped prizes. Luckily, I have not had many issues like this occur, as most sponsors are wonderful to work with and communicate quickly to rectify any issues there may be. The sponsors are responsible for shipping prizes to winners.
