The weather is FINALLY starting to warm up just a wee bit, so we have decided it's time to start spreading love and kindness wherever we happen to go. Kindness is a lifestyle for our family. I'd even go as far as to say kindness is our religion, even. We make it a point to teach the kids that if they can't find the light in the world, it's time for them to BE the light. If you ever have the opportunity to make someone's day better? You should probably do it. (Within reason, of course. Don't ever do so much for others that you lose yourself in the process. That's a whole different post, entirely.)

Anyway, my 10 year old, Xander, has quite the reputation for spreading love and kindness here in the Cleveland area. In our EST Fandom, some call him the EST Kid. They can always count on the EST kid to dress up in the best outfits while giving gifts, spreading cheer, and even rapping on demand for those who request it. (He's pretty good for a little kid, to be honest.) He really loves his experiences, and is always ready for the next EST Kid adventure, whether it's at concerts or even giving out roses to people at Machine Gun Kelly's coffee shop here in Cleveland, The 27 Club. He's made it a habit to give roses to the Baristas when we go, and he even got to give roses to Colson Baker himself! Oh, and to the absolutely gorgeous Megan Fox, too!

We decided since the weather is getting nicer, we'd head back up to our favorite coffee shop to have lunch, grab some coffee, and of course, share some random acts of kindness.

We even ordered a special custom mask from the folks at Mask Market for this and future occasions! (Cause safety comes first!) Since Mask Market allows you to create your own custom masks, either online or via the "Mask Me-Design Face Masks" app via iOS app store, the possibilities are endless. We chose a fantastic photo my friend, Rusty Morgan, took at the Grand Opening of The 27 Club, which shows MGK's face when he turned around and saw Xander with his roses. This was the absolute BEST day of 2020. Xander says it was the best day of his whole life.

Making the mask was SO simple, easy, and it was on its way to us with lightning speed. The best part? The mask comes with a carbon filter, and is even adjustable to fit perfectly. They really did think of everything at Mask Market!

We headed up to The 27 Club, roses in tow, and got in line. Yes, this place usually has a line, but the food, drinks, and atmosphere definitely make it very worth the wait. Which this time, wasn't too bad at around 45 minutes. I have been in line for a couple hours before, so 45 minutes was a piece of cake.

Did I mention this place is worth the wait?

We got inside, got our order put in, and then the kid made his magic happen. He presented each and every Barista with a pink rose and pink heart lip balm. You know, because pink is life. It's a mood, and a whole aesthetic in this place.

Of course the Baristas loved their surprise, and everyone made such a huge deal over Xander's awesome mask. They remembered him from opening day, and seeing his mask brought instant recognition. I have recommended Mask Market to quite a few people since receiving this mask. Not only will your mask be talk of the town, it can be anything you want it to be. Shoot, you can even make a mask showing the lower half of your face, so the world can still enjoy your beautiful smile while remaining safe.

Not into custom images?

No worries!

The folks at Mask Market also have a pretty extensive selection of pre-designed masks to choose from on their website. There are funny masks, patriotic masks,  tons of pretty patterns, and even some fantastic masks just for kids. They even have masks that light up and are motion activated.

How cool is that?!

If you're in the market for your own custom masks, I absolutely recommend checking out what Mask Market has to offer. Not only are these masks well made and comfortable to wear, you can also show off your own unique style.

Plus, for every mask ordered, one mask is donated to someone in need. It just doesn't get much better than that!
