Anyone who knows me in "real life" knows that visiting the great state of Vermont is pretty high on my Bucket List. For one, they have Bernie Sanders. (Lucky peeps!) They also have gorgeous terrain, quaint towns, and from what I understand, almost a "Hippie Vibe" in general.
Yeah. So Vermont sounds like it's totally up my alley! Anyway, when I learned about the authentic, Vermont Maple Sap drinks from SAP! Maple, I couldn't wait to try them. There are SAP! Sodas and SAP! Seltzers, and both drinks are flavored with real, Vermont Maple Sap! Sap! products are non-alcoholic beverages made from 100% pure maple sap straight from the maple trees of Vermont. Maple Sap! Soda and Maple Sap! Seltzer are healthy alternatives to sugar-sweetened beverages. Sap! is about more than just satisfying a craving. It’s also about tradition. These products make the time-honored tradition of the maple harvest accessible to everyone, while supporting Vermont’s working landscape and rural economy. Every spring, the transition from freezing nights to thawing days triggers the flow of sap within the mighty maple tree. Once a tree is tapped, maple sap comes out of the tree looking like water and has a subtly sweet taste. But sap is so much more than just H20. Maple sap holds a myriad of health benefits with naturally occurring electrolytes, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. The drink is hydrating and great for post workout recovery, along with just being a delicious drink for normal consumption. And one more thing, harvesting sap is a sustainable practice that does not harm the tree. Drinks sweetened with all natural, Maple Sap? Count me in!
About SAP! :
Nikita and Chas are cousins. Charlie is Chas's dad. We are a family; an eighth generation family of Vermont. Nikita's side of the family has been in the maple industry for a long time. Nikita now owns his own sugarbush in Underhill, Vermont with 12,000 tapped Maple trees. Chas and Charlie own a small sugarbush in Underhill as well and have been crafting maple sap drinks for years. We decided it was time to turn our hobby into a business and to share our special products. We are united by our passion for the maple industry, our dedication to Vermont and the working landscape, and our excitement to build an company that embodies these values. Sap! has been enjoyed by our family for years. Now we want to share it with you!
We recently had the opportunity to check out these Maple Sap beverages for ourselves! I have to admit, I am super-impressed!
The SAP! Soda is lightly carbonated, with a hint of Maple flavor. (No, it doesn't taste like pancake syrup!) I'd normally expect a bit more fizziness in a soda, but this definitely works. It's light, refreshing, and amazing served over ice. SAP! Seltzer is a bit more bubbly, which I LOVE, and it, too, has that amazing, subtly sweet, Maple flavor. This one is actually my favorite. It's great out on my deck on a warm evening. So relaxing and just utterly good! Overall, I absolutely recommend checking out the tasty beverages from the folks at SAP! Maple Beverages. These small town Vermont bevvies are everything you'd expect them to be, and sustainable, too! Connect with SAP! :

I am a coffee addict. I love the smell of it, and nothing is better than a cup of hot coffee, on a cold morning.
