Are you struggling to make sure your kids are getting the best nutrition? Maybe you have picky eaters, like I do. My son, Xander, is very particular about what he eats, and loves snacks like applesauce and yogurt.

To ensure proper brain development, it's important that kids get essential Omega-3s, DHA, and Choline. These give the brain "building blocks" to ensure that young brains remain healthy and in great condition to learn.

But how would one get these perks if they don't care for seafood, which is a usual source for Omega-3 fatty acids.  I know I don't care for seafood, and choose to get my Omega-3s from supplements because I simply cannot stomach the idea of eating fish. Yeah, I am weird. I know. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and my kiddos aren't fans of fishies, either.

Thankfully, we discovered Brainiac Kids.

Brainiac Kids is helping to optimize children's brain development with delicious, convenient, and nutritious products that kids love, and parents feel good about too. With no added sugars and reasonable prices, it's an easy way for moms and dads to make sure daily nutrient needs are met (FACT: Only 20% of kids in the US currently get the rec'd daily brain nutrients!).

Brainiac Kids has packed its tasty and convenient applesauce pouches with a proprietary BrainPack®....a blend of nutrients developing brains need that includes Omega-3s, DHA and Choline. Plus, they have no added sugars! A no “brainer” for parents everywhere.

Brainiac Kids offers a variety of applesauces and yogurt that include DHA, Choline, and Omega-3s in a fun, more palatable form. These snacks not only provide great nutrition for growing kids, they also DO NOT TASTE LIKE FISH.

Can you imagine fishy tasting applesauce or yogurt? Blech! Me, neither! That would be awful.

These innovative snacks are a great way to make sure even the pickiest eaters get the building blocks they need for healthy brain development without any fussing. My kids really love these products, the yogurt especially. These come in both drinkable bottles or in "tubes". Both are highly portable, and perfect for packed lunches!

Getting great nutrition is important for all of us, but especially for our kids. Brainiac Kids is a God-send for my family, since they provide a tasty alternative to fish oil. My kids get their oh-so-important Omega-3s without any hassle or nasty, fishy flavor.

Definitely check them out the next time you're shopping! We found ours at our local Target store!
