There's a lot of talk these days about supporting immunity. We are dealing with a lot of issues right now, from all the routine back to school illnesses that occur, the start of cold and flu season, and yes, our good old pal, The Rona. There's a lot to be concerned about going into the colder months of the year, and my family takes it all seriously, being as proactive as possible.
How can you support healthy immunity? Well, a lot of things are just common sense. Get enough sleep. Stay hydrated. Eat a healthy, balanced diet, rich in things like Vitamin C. If you smoke, quit. And during the colder months, a lot of people with Seasonal Depression or Seasonal Affective Disorder like to boost their Vitamin D, often via supplementation. I personally take my health pretty seriously, and am actively trying to support a healthy immune system any way I can. I am sleeping, drinking enough water, even if a lot DOES come in the form of coffee, I use CBD products, and take Vitamins D3, B12, C, Zinc, K, and BROC SPROUT 2 every day. I also make sure to wash my hands often, and avoid touching my face, whether masked or not. These things are all shown to help support immunity, and they're so simple to incorporate into my daily life. Wait...What was that? What is BROC SPROUT 2? Glad you asked! Check out this brief video below that shows the science behind this supplement, and explains how it works in your body:
BROC SPROUT 2 is Backed By Science
It has been scientifically documented in numerous clinical trials and research studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals indexed in: The US National Library Of Medicine, that the phytochemical Sulforaphane molecule can be decisive in its stimulation of the healthy immune processes of the human body. It’s time we made the smart choice to not only maintain our health, but take the necessary steps to revitalize our health through better dietary life-style choices.* Take care of your body and it will take care of you! BROC SPROUT 2 capsules are a unique, highly concentrated source of phytonutrients derived entirely from Fresh Young Whole Broccoli Sprouts, the most potent natural dietary source of Sulforaphane. Each capsule contains the Glucoraphanin compound and the naturally-occurring Myrosinase enzyme, both essential for the production of Sulforaphane. Upon swallowing BROC SPROUT 2 capsules, the chemical reaction between the glucoraphanin compound and the key myrosinase enzyme takes place and sulforaphane is produced within your body.
I have been taking BROC SPROUT 2 for a little while now, and the first thing I noticed about this product was the smell. Yes, it smells just like you'd imagine: like broccoli. You know what you're getting with this product, and it's even created in an FDA Registered Facility.
In addition to healthy diet, good sleep habits, and not partaking in destructive/risky habits, supplementation has helped me support my body's immune system quite well. No one here has been sick, and unfortunately, my husband HAS had limited exposure to sickness at his new job. So far, so good, though, and none of us are symptomatic or under the weather at all. We're staying home while the situation is further assessed, but I feel confident that our efforts to remain healthy have made a difference. We will continue to consciously boost immunity as the cold moves in, in hopes of maintaining wellness. Definitely check out BROC SPROUT 2 if you're interested in seeing how this supplement can help you, too!
