***Disclosure: I received complimentary samples to facilitate my review. All opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** It's that time of year, everyone! The Holiday shopping season is upon us! (At least it is if you're like me and get an early start to avoid the mad rush of frazzled, last-minute shoppers in December!) For the 2018 Holiday season, I will be featuring tons of great gift ideas for babies, kids, men, women, pets, and even for the person who has everything. We all have some of those on our gift lists, don't we? There will even be loads and loads of chances to win many of the gifts I am featuring. How cool is that?! You can check out my 2018 Holiday Gift Guide at any time from now till Christmas. Make sure to check often, as it will be growing by the day! Today, I want to talk about some very flavorful yet healthy ways to kick your Holiday dishes up a notch. Or any day, really. Who says food needs to stop being amazing once the focus goes from feasting to keeping New Years Resolutions? In fact, the fermented goodies from BAO could actually help keep you on track with flavorful slaws, sauces, and condiments. BAO Fermented foods… … are naturally tart and full of flavor. ... strengthen your digestive and immune system. … support and build the natural ecosystem in your gut. ... offer serious flavor addition to any meal or snack. … have no added sugar. … have no preservatives or synthetic binders. … have no GMOs. ... are certified organic. And the variety? Mouthwatering! These slaws, sauces, condiments and veggies are full of umami. (Do you know that word? I learned it on Food Network years ago.) These flavors range from salty to earthy to tangy to spicy, but they're all an unexpected flavor explosion that accompany many dishes quite well. I'm a HUGE fan of their hot sauces. These have very full flavors and definitely offer a kick. There are different intensities, too, so be sure to try them all! Dan loves the slaw, and loads up his smoked sausages and brats with it. It's a full-flavored way to enjoy the benefits and probiotics in fermented foods! Overall, we're definitely loving these fermented veggies and condiments. They're not really meant to be stand alone dishes, and are better used as condiments for sandwiches, salads, pitas, sausages and more! They're quite versatile, and definitely add a uniquely delicious flavor profile to ,meals, all while supporting digestive wellness. Try them! I think you'll be as pleasantly surprised as we were! How to Connect :You can check out all the awesomeness that BAO Fermented Food and Drink has to offer on their website.
You can also connect with BAO on Facebook and on twitter to stay on top of their latest news, products, or promotions!
