As the doting mother of 3 children, I take a TON of pictures. Every day. I don't want to miss a single moment of my babies' lives, especially since they seem to change so much, sometimes in the matter of a week or so. I want to document every smile, every milestone, every bad hair day, and every adorable thing they do so I can always look back on these memories and keep them fresh in my mind. It's amazing to me that my oldest is entering middle school already, and that my Sophie-Monster will be turning 2 on New Year's Eve. And then 2 weeks after her birthday, my Xander will be turning 1! Time definitely seems to fly when babies are small, and I don't want to ever forget a single moment. While I take hundreds of photos per week, one thing I am very bad at is actually printing them. We live in a digital age where almost everything is posted online. 99% of my family is on Facebook, so I share my family photos there. I have a few photo books, but most of our photos exist on CD's, thumb drives, on memory cards, and of course on Facebook. This leaves my walls pretty bare! Sure, I have a lot of older photos displayed on the walls, mainly of my 11 year old, but I did not have a good photo of my babies displayed. How could that happen?! So when I got the opportunity to review gallery wrapped canvas prints from Canvas Press, I jumped at the chance. Finally, I will have a gorgeous, professionally wrapped photo canvas of my babies to proudly display in my home! Canvas Press is a leader in bringing all of those precious memories to life in their gallery quality canvas prints. Canvas Press specializes in creating the highest quality canvas prints; otherwise, know as Giclee (pronounced "zhee-clay") which is the process of making high resolution fine art prints from a digital source using ink-jet printing. The word "giclee" is derived from the French language word "le gicleur" meaning "nozzle", or more specifically "gicler" meaning "to squirt, spurt, or spray." I know these terms sound fancy and confusing, but the end result is fabulous and will resist fading for up to 100 years! That means that these wonderful, hangable prints are heirloom quality and can be proudly displayed for generations to come! I received a 16"x20", 1.5" thick gallery wrapped canvas print for my review. This product came ready to hang, and was extremely well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. The colors were rich, true to life, and brought my babies, drool and all, to life! (My son decided to dribble just as the photo was taken. We opted to still use the picture because it is SO hard to get them to sit still together for more than a moment!) The canvas used by Canvas Press is very durable and of the highest quality, as are the inks they use in their photo-to-canvas process. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Take a look at my babies, immortalized in this awesome print from Canvas Press! How easy was it to create this image on my end? Very! Canvas Press prides itself on fantastic customer care with a small business feel. They even offer some great tutorials on their YouTube channel to give novice users some great tips on how to optimize your image for canvas printing! I will admit, I did have to consult the tutorials because I was having issues sizing my photo for a 16"x20" print. I am not photo-shop savvy, and was completely lost! However, the pros at Canvas Press made this whole process easy to understand and relatively painless, and I had my image prepped in no time after following their step-by-step instructions. After figuring out the sizing issue, it was smooth sailing from there. Customizing and ordering canvas prints is super simple with Canvas Press, and their website is full of useful information to ensure you get the results you want every time. I was thrilled with their customer service department as well. Before I found the tutorials, I shot them an e-mail and Dustin replied very promptly and was quite helpful. This was very impressive, considering Canvas Press works with thousands of clients across the globe! This company definitely makes you feel like your business is important to them, and that's a virtue that so many companies are lacking in today's fast-paced world. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my Canvas Press experience. They offer a superior quality product for very reasonable prices, and their customer service is outstanding. I love the ease of ordering, and the turnaround time at Canvas Press was very, very quick. I had my portrait within a week of placing my order and it arrived well-packaged, ready to hang, and the results were absolutely perfect. I now have a gorgeous canvas photo documenting this stage of my babies' lives that I will proudly hang in my home for the rest of my life. And the wonderful part is that I can then pass this down to my children, since Canvas Press products are designed to last so future generations can enjoy them, too! In addition to wonderful canvas prints, they also offer stunning photo to aluminum prints as well! How cool! BUY IT: You can order your own custom canvas print on the Canvas Press website. You can also follow them on Facebook and on twitter to stay on top of their latest products and promotions. For expert photo-to-canvas tips, please check out the Canvas Press YouTube Channel! I really like their image consultation service. Sometimes I really like a photo but it doesn't work well at the size I want. It's nice to have a professional opinion to get some more ideas!

Oh my goodness, I love that photos can be printed on metal! And it's surprisingly affordable! I thought it would cost a lot, but there's not much difference between metal here and the traditional printings at major places like Snapfish, Kodak, etc!
