So who was watching the Grammys the other night? I fully admit, I watched the show mainly because I am more than a little obsessed with Bruno Mars. No, really...I probably need a 12 step program! And while he didn't perform, I swooned when he accepted his award and felt a little twinge of jealousy when he said "I love you, Jessica" to his oh-so-pretty girlfriend. Sigh.
Anyway, Bruno wasn't the only highlight of the show. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Queen Latifah, Madonna, and Mary Lambert brought me to tears with their beautiful performance of "Same Love". I was so moved by this song, and loved seeing all the happy couples celebrating their love live on TV.
Also, I have to admit, the commercials were really amazing, too. My favorite? The sneak peek of Disney's "MALEFICENT", of course!
