Do your kids love Angry Birds? Mine sure do! Sophie, Xander, AND my teen, Kyle, all have Angry Birds Fever. Not only do they love playing the various video games, Kyle's room is also decorated with Angry Birds wall decals.
Another thing my kiddos love is learning about the world around them. They love reading about different places in the world, from dry, arid deserts to humid, lush rainforests, and everything in-between! To help celebrate the release of The Angry Birds Movie, which debuts on May 20, 2016, the folks at National Geographic Kids have created some super-cool Angry Birds merchandise perfect for those curious kids out there.
We received an awesome package full of Angry Birds fun from the folks at National Geographic Kids. Included were some Early-Bird Gummy Worms, stick-on eyebrows, a cute drawstring backpack, and even a couple of great Angry Birds books from National Geographic Kids!
National Geographic The Angry Birds Movie: Red's Big Adventure (ages 8+, $14.99): This latest entry in the National Geographic Angry Birds series will take you on an amazing journey with Red, the leader of the Angry Birds flock, along with Matilda, Chuck, Bomb, Terence, and the mysterious Mighty Eagle. Featuring The Angry Birds Movie (2016) story world, this book is filled with all the fun facts and information Red and the flock need to embark on their big adventure. From identifying wildlife to navigating by the stars to building a shelter and setting traps (for any roaming Piggies), this book will be sure to educate and entertain.
We also received the Angry Birds Playground Atlas. Follow along with your favorite Angry Birds characters as they fly around the world discovering continents, countries, and cultures.
Kids will be hooked on a wacky search for the Angry Birds' eggs as they seek out clues that lead them to amazing discoveries. Readers analyze and observe the world from a global perspective as they build basic skills. Packed with learning exercises and fun activities, the Angry Birds Playground: Atlas will transform kids into explorers and leave them wanting more adventure.
Sophie and Xander absolutely flipped over this awesome Angry Birds package. They loved the silly eyebrows and the tasty Early-Bird Worms, but the real stars? The books, of course!
We really love these Angry Birds books from the folks at National Geographic Kids. They are bright, colorful, and definitely very informative. My kids love exploring the globe with their favorite Angry Birds characters. They've been learning a lot, and because it's Angry Birds themed, they're having loads of fun at the same time! If your little ones are as wild about Angry Birds as mine are, be sure to check out these great titles for some summer fun! Oh, and don't forget to hit the theaters on May 20th to check out The Angry Birds Movie, too! How to Connect :
