***Disclosure: I received complimentary samples to facilitate my review. Whether I am tweeting away on twitter, pinning on Pinterest, sharing photos on Instagram, or hanging out on Facebook, these "virtual worlds" have become a very real part of my life, and I have met tons of wonderful people through social networking. So when I heard about LikeBook, I was so excited! This awesome service allows you to take your own Facebook activity and create a physical Facebook book highlighting your activity. Rants, raves, food, and yes, silly kid and cat photos...It all shows up! So do all of your interactions and comments left from friends. It's actually a very neat concept, and is a great way to help document periods of your life that you share online. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Since these books are highly customizable, you can control the entire process and the price! Maybe you're a social butterfly like me, and printing years' worth of posts isn't cost effective. No problem! You can choose any date range you'd like, and the folks at LikeBook do the rest. Prices update in real time, so you'll know if you've gone totally overboard or if you can add some more. I chose to cover just a few months of time for my book. (Jan 1, 2013-May 18, 2013, to be exact.) My book arrived very quickly, and included my Facebook cover photo and profile picture. I chose a softcover book, but hardcover is also an option. You can also customize color schemes and layouts as well. Of course, you're able to preview every chapter before ordering, so if you're not satisfied by the look, changes can be made. I thought it was a lot of fun going through my past Facebook posts and seeing some of the silly conversations I had with friends. Also, I got to see highlights of my trip to Hollywood for the Iron Man 3 premiere. This was such a once in a lifetime experience, and now I have it in book form! Here are some of my favorite Iron Man 3 premiere memories. Those BIG drinks? Well, that is what we were served at The Saddle Ranch in Universal Studios! I also love the photos of me with a good blogging buddy, Becky Willis! It was so nice to see her again! Here are some photos from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, and the red carpet! Wow, this was a great time, and I love the fact that I can relive my excitement with my LikeBook! And of course, I have posts about my cats...It seems that cats are a common conversation topic online, and I am no exception there! (And yes, she is STILL shredding all of our toilet paper!) Overall, I absolutely love the whole LikeBook concept, and I adore my book! It's very well made, and allows me to look back and see everything that happened on my Facebook page over a specified period of time. It's kind of like a school yearbook, but for social savvy adults! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a fun way to reminisce or even a unique gift idea for the social media lovers in your life! How to Connect : You can order your own LikeBook on their website. Pricing varies with options, so have fun and see what you can create!
