I have experience. I have canned tomato Juice, lots of jellies, some vegies. I tried pickles, but did not like them. Wrong recipe. I use less salt than normal, because of my high blood pressure, but I do notice the taste is so different than store bought. I love jellies and jams, I can make them with less sugar, and in so many variations. Home made jellies make you want to make muffins and biscuits. Right now I have the large kettle, but could use jars, and would not mind something that makes canning easier. Thank you for offering this set!
