Okay, so it's no secret that women do not welcome aging. (At least I don't!) Men can get gray hair, crow's feet, and laugh lines, and they're called "distinguished". Women get them, and we're called "ragged-out" or God forbid, "hags". Yes, this sounds harsh, but in a society where beauty and a youthful appearance are so highly coveted, women feel the brunt of the pressure to be "perfect". Now I know as well as you do, there is no such thing as perfection. Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder, and everyone's definition is different. For example, I would gladly sacrifice a limb to look like Megan Fox. My husband, on the other hand, finds her not only unappealing, but downright ugly. I think he needs glasses! I am about to turn 31 at the end of this month. Don't tell anyone, wink, wink! Thankfully, I will not be running out to get Botox or cosmetic surgery any time soon. The truth is, I don't really have any wrinkles to speak of. Well, I do have one annoying line on my forehead that I hate. It's not really a wrinkle, per se....It's more like a crinkle. But with that one pesky line is the extent of my issues, I consider myself lucky! Part of the reason I don't have too many signs of aging is because I have been borderline obsessive-compulsive about skincare ever since I was in my early 20's. I have used serums, creams, and other similar products for over a decade, and I have used them religiously. Oh, also, I do not go tanning and I ALWAYS use products that contain SPF. The sun can be incredibly damaging, so I try my best to limit my exposure to harmful UVA/UVB rays. Proper sun protection and a good skincare regiment is key to help slow down the aging process. One of the products I really like is Complexion MD. I have been using this for over a month now, and I can honestly say I am loving the results. When it comes to skincare reviews, I prefer to use them for awhile to give an accurate reaction over a period of prolonged use. You can't use anything for a week and get proper results. I have reviewed several skincare items, and I have to say, Complexion MD stands out for a number of reasons. First of all, Complexion MD comes in a pretty little jar that just screams luxury. I love products that come in a pretty package, and this certainly didn't disappoint! Take a look! I love the jar, and it looks great on my night table. I know...Packaging isn't everything. Good looks aside, it's what's INSIDE the pretty little jar that counts. Complexion MD is rich, creamy, and simply velvety feeling. This is fantastic for skin that is dry, parched, and craving moisture. Complexion MD reverses the damage caused by free radicals, sun exposure, smoking and more by stimulating new skin to grow at a cellular level, replacing tired old skin cells on the surface. Complexion MD also firms and tightens loose skin, improving overall tone and complexion. You'll see a dewy, fresh, youthful glow, reducing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and even sun spots in a matter of weeks! Not to mention, your skin will appear "plumper", brighter, and more radiant, too!
The secret? Peptides! Peptides are a synthetic version of collagen, which is a necessary element for a youthful complexion. Collagen is essential for elasticity in the skin, and decreases as we age. That's where wrinkles come into the picture. Since Complexion MD helps to replace the collagen that is lost, the skin appears renewed. It's like taking a mask off and finding skin that looks years younger! Fine lines and wrinkles are dramatically decreased, and the skin is left ridiculously soft, smooth, and hydrated. Let's just say this is a miracle in a jar! Complexion MD even won Glamour Magazines Best of the Best Consumer Choice Award in 2011, so you don't have to take my word for it! Overall, I am loving this product. Even though I don't have a wide range of skin issues, I feel that by using Complexion MD, I can fend off wrinkles in the future. Prevention is just as important as treatment when it comes to skincare. My skin is so soft, and the appearance of my one little crinkle...Well, it's gotten much less noticeable! I would definitely recommend Complexion MD to anyone looking for a surgery-free way to hold onto younger looking skin. Just started trying some this past year or so. My skin does feel more moisturized, but I haven't found any that I fully like the results of so far. I'd love to try this one.

I never have yet, but at rounding the corner to 34 on Sunday... It's time to give up the battle in my mind that my body will stay young forever. Nw, my mind... That's a different story! ;)

Yes, I have and still do. My daughter bought me some of the meaningful beauty products and I also have some of the theraderm products. I think when you're young and use them, it can prevent wrinkling like I have so....start young.

I've used lots of them & they must work, because I've managed to keep my wrinkles to a minimum for 59 years!

I have used anti aging products. I usually flip back and forth between anti aging and natural products. I like them both for different reasons

I've been using them since I was young. Some are better than others, and you have to see what works best for you. At 49, however, I don't have much of a wrinkle issue; and most people don't even think I'm in my 40's.
