As a busy, homeschooling, work-at-home Mom, I don't get enough opportunities to take care of myself. I always, always put the needs of my kiddos and household first. This means I don't get to go to the salon all the time, and I certainly don't get the chance to head to the gym. Designed to be used by both hands and feet, simply place the exerciser on a flat surface, adjust the resistance, and pedal away. Your workout results display on a large LCD screen, letting you know the distance covered, your RPM, speed, time, and number of calories burned. The first thing we noticed about the Vive Health Pedal Exerciser is that it is VERY sturdy. It has some weight to it, and features non-skid, rubber feet to keep it in place on any surface. This is a real piece of exercise equipment, and is definitely very high quality when it comes to construction. 

Another thing we love about this exerciser is that it is incredibly easy to set up and use. This is especially important for seniors, or those who don't have a lot of strength or stamina to assemble things. My husband had this put together and ready to go in just a couple of minutes. Of course there are very detailed, easy to understand instructions included that will show users how to use all of the features of this product. 

The pedals are very comfortable, but you should definitely wear shoes. I wear either my slip-on shoes seen below, or a good pair of sneakers. Shoes will help prevent your feet from slipping. 

You can also change the amount of resistance, which is great if you are looking to gradually increase the intensity of your workout. As for me, I am doing baby steps until I am used to being regularly active. Then, I can increase the resistance, little by little, until I get a much more intense workout.

Easy! 

The Vive Health Pedal Exerciser features a large, easy to read LCD screen that tracks your speed, RPMs, time, distance covered, and even how many calories you've burned. This makes crushing your goals easy as pie, and allows the user to really challenge themselves to make more progress. How cool is that?! 

Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with my Pedal Exerciser from Vive Health. Not only does this allow me to be more active, I can use it anywhere. This means no more excuses, and I have to hold myself accountable. I love the ease of use, and the fact that I can blog and exercise at the same time.
