So Cute! and So Cool! National Geographic Kids Series Books and Plush Plus GIVEAWAY #Partner 10/1

Do you have any animal lovers in your home? Maybe a budding veterinarian?

My 8 year old, Xander, has pretty interesting career aspirations right now. He wants to be a rapper, but he also wants to be a pet doctor.

So a rapping vet.

Stranger things have happened, right? 

Anyway, Xander has always had quite a passion for animals, whether they're furry and cute, scaled, feathered, or even downright deadly. He loves all animals, and speaks to each and every one he encounters. Yes, he walks around saying hello to random birds and squirrels. It's actually pretty cute. 

Naturally, when we learned about the new So Cool! and So Cute! series from National Geographic Kids, we couldn't wait to check out the collection. These are books and plush toys that are perfect for kids aged 3-7-ish, give or take. (Xander is 8.) We received the shark and panda to check out for ourselves, and my little guy fell instantly in love with these books and toys. 

So Cool! Sharks - Sharks are among the world's top predators, but that's just ONE reason why they are SO COOL. So who wouldn't want to hang out with them to learn more! These books blend awesome animal photos with silly quips and info that will delight young readers and animal enthusiasts. For example, kids can catch the hunting habits of a great white shark while learning that its true nature is as chill as a frozen fish stick. This is the perfect little reader to get their brain buzzing and keep them laughing during downtime, bedtime, or anytime.

So Cute! Pandas - Get ready for cute overload, panda style. And the funny thing is, this panda isn't just cute. It's got attitude! You'll flip over the adorable photos and be equally charmed by what this sassy little panda is thinking on every page. Introducing the brand-new series from National Geographic Kids that combines two wonderful things: super cute photos of all your favorite fluffy animals and silly text that will have the whole family laughing. Add to that some great nonfiction content that gets kids learning, and, what can we say? This series is just so cute!

We love these fun little books, as they're easy to read and feature fun facts and gorgeous photos of our favorite animals. Xander especially loves the Panda book, since he's always had a special affinity for these black and white cuties. 

Of course we love the sharks, too. They're scary but also quite misunderstood. We love the plush toy, but also love the fact that the book helps clear confusion about these often maligned creatures of the deep. 

Overall, we are definitely loving these fun, fact filled story and toy sets from the folks at National Geographic Kids. Not only can kids snuggle up to these adorable plushies, they can learn some pretty neat facts about their animal of choice, too! Whether they prefer the "So Cool! Sharks" or "So Cute! Pandas", your child is sure to fall in love with these cute, educational sets. Be sure to check them out!
