Do I have any gamer friends out here?

In my home, we're serious gamers. Between my husband, my teenage son, and my 2 younger kids, it seems someone is always playing a video game of some sort. Some of our absolute favorite games are racing games. Racing games are usually played by the hubby, while the kids sit back and watch. As you're probably well aware, there are a lot of racing games that just aren't really appropriate for kids to play.

That's why we were super excited to learn about Moto Racer 4, a kid-friendly racing game that's available TODAY for the XBOX ONE and PS4.

With more than 7 million units sold, the first "Moto Racer" trilogy was critically acclaimed by both the media
and the public. It left a marked impact in the history of video games, especially among the raging two- wheel-
motor racing fans.

Everyone can enjoy the series, and though it has evolved, it remains for many players synonymous for great fun and fierce multiplayer races. In partnership with Paul Cuisset, creator of the saga, Microïds and Artefacts studio actively put the title back on track with a new episode that remains faithful to the essence of the series and
everything that made its reputation.

Developed with Unreal Engine 4, Moto Racer 4 still equally features Motocross and powerful motorbikes races on asphalt. The many challenges include speed and entertainment, aerial maneuvers and huge crashes. In a
straight line, the racing cars can reach over 185 miles per hour, which could be very dangerous on busy roads.
However, the more risks the players take, the more points they get to customize both pilots and bikes quickly.

Play fair or not?
Each non-player contestant will have his own personality and driving style and might even remember that a player misbehaved against him. Because, although Moto Racer 4 focuses on motor sports, it does not forbid knocking the opponents over or skidding in front of them to obstruct their sight. The human opponents will remember for sure those bad manners online (up to 10 contestants) or on a split screen on the same machine.

Check out this action-packed trailer for some previews of this exciting new game:
The first thing we noticed about Moto Racer 4 was the amazing graphics. And I do mean AH-MAY-ZING. The designers of this fun, fast-paced game paid attention to detail, creating a very realistic world in which the characters can burn rubber and out-race their opponents.

Speaking of characters....These racers are absolutely high-tech and super savvy! There are several variations available as far as characters go, and they all have fierce personalities and gear. Check out these examples below:

Moto Racer 4 offers several levels of game play, and tons of absolutely gorgeous terrain in which to race. Remember those graphics I mentioned? Yeah...They will blow you away!

Whether it's a long, lonely country road, steep canyons, or racing along the seaside, Moto Racer 4 offers plenty of fabulous scenery to enjoy. This also helps make the racing feel as realistic as possible.

Here are a few in-game screenshots that show just how vivid and realistic the terrain is in Moto Racer 4:

There are 2 different game play modes to enjoy as well. In Career Mode, a single player can hit the road, hone their skills, and race on their own. This is a favorite for my daughter, who doesn't like competing with her sometimes aggressive brothers. They take their gaming seriously, and like to "pick on" their sister. So career mode is perfect for her when she doesn't want to deal with them.

You can also choose a split-screen, multiplayer mode that allows you to race each other. This is ideal for those who can take the heat of fierce competition. My boys seem to like this best, and judging by the hooting and hollering as they race, this multiplayer mode definitely is chock full of thrills.

No matter which mode you play, though, Moto Racer 4 is a wonderful way to bring the family together for game night. We love this great game, especially since it allows the whole family to play!
