Sure, the Holidays may be over, but that doesn't mean that life slows down.  Not in my home, at least!

It WOULD be wonderful to be able to take a break and hibernate, but I'm never quite that lucky. There's always something that needs doing, some place to go, and never a dull moment in our family. We seem to always be on the go. Between appointments, play dates, and field trips to help supplement the kids' learning with some hands-on experiences, we stay pretty darn busy.

Did you know that Valentine’s Day is not only the season of love, but also the season of the Pomegranate?

It's officially February, and LOVE is in the air!

Sophie and Xander, my younger 2 kids, are both homeschooled. Well, sort of. They're enrolled in the K12 program, which is technically public school, but experienced in a virtual, at home environment.
