SPECIAL OFFER: Enjoy 25% OFF ALL Superior Source Vitamins at CVC4Health.com (plus BOGO Offers - KETO Collagen and 3-pack of Lip Balm)
Well, it's February. Half the people I know are feeling under the weather right now, as this is the season for the winter time sickies, as the kids like to call it. Harsh winters can be rough on a person, so being proactive when it comes to overall wellness can make quite a difference....Not just in the cold, winter months, but any time of year!
Some ways we try to take good care of our health and wellness include staying away from too much processed foods, sugary snacks especially, getting plenty of water, adequate sleep, and of course, staying away from things like alcohol, tobacco, etc. I also use plenty of sunblock all year long, and make sure to take supplements to keep myself in tip top condition. While supplements don't treat or cure anything, they can definitely help boost immunity and overall wellness. As always, talk to your doctor before starting any kind of vitamin/supplement regimen. Superior Source Vitamins are MicroLingual® with “Under the Tongue Technology” that works fast, and are quickly absorbed into the body, dissolving in seconds. Did you know that...by swallowing supplements, as much as 50% of the potency is lost in the high acid environment of the stomach? With Superior Source, this is no longer a problem! What Makes Superior Source Vitamins Unique: -No pills to swallow–dissolves in seconds -GMO FREE and Sugar FREE -90% smaller than regular vitamins -No binders, fillers, dyes or preservatives -Only 3 clean ingredients -Over 180 vitamins to choose
Superior Source can be found exclusively on CVC4Health.com, a quality online retailer that offers all of the best natural products and supplements. I received a few new additions to check out, as well as some of my favorite Superior Source supplements. (B-12 is the bomb.)
KETO Collagen
Collagen is the most abundant substance in the body and helps give structure to our hair, skin, nails, bones, ligaments and tendons. When we get older, the production of collagen begins to slow down. Supplementing with collagen peptides (or hydrolyzed collagen) may help with the body’s need for these building blocks.MCT’s (Medium-Chain Triglycerides) are quickly metabolized and shuttle energy to your body. Pairing Grass Fed hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen Powder with MCTs offer your body alternative fuel for recovery. Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of Keto Collagen with 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage.
Vitamin B-12
NO SHOT B-12 Instant Dissolve MicroLingual®Tablets go to work fast, under the tongue. B-12 is essential for top energy levels, heart health and mental clarity. Each tablet provides 2,500 mcg of Methylcobalamin, the “activated” form of B12. The innovative MicroLingual®delivery system is designed to make B-12 immediately available for immediate absorption VitaminK-2 with Vitamin D This formula combines vitamins K-2 (MK-7) and D3. The benefits of Vitamin D (maintaining strong bones, immune system support, healthy muscle function, etc.), are well known but many don’t realize that Vitamin D requires vitamin K-2 to maximize its benefits. If you’re supplementing with vitamin D, it is a good idea to take vitamin K-2 as well. Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium, and Vitamin K-2 (as MK-7, a form with high bioavailability) directs the calcium to your bones instead of your joints and arteries, where too much calcium could be problematic. Just one MicroLingual®Tablet per day provides 100 mcg of K-2 (as MK-7) and 5,000 IU of D3 which helps support strong bones, a healthy cardiovascular and immune system. Lip Healer–Lip Balm: 3-Pack All Natural "Lip Healer" Lip Balm is Petroleum free and contains Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Calendula and Chamomile to soothe and moisten lips while providing SPF-15 protection from the Sun's rays. Superior Source has over 150 different supplements, so be sure to take a look and see which products are right for your family. There is truly something for everyone! I wish I had good advice to offer! I'd say try to take care i public places to wipe off shopping cart handles, not touch door handles with your hand and then touch your eyes, nose, et. Carry a bottle of something like Purrell to use on your hands while you're out. And I get the flu shot.
