When I returned home, I had a very cool Wreck-It Ralph e-mail waiting for me in my inbox. I pouted for a couple of minutes since I had literally just attempted to watch this movie, and then I ooh-ed and ahh-ed at the creative craft ideas within.
You see, the folks at Disney are incredibly imaginative, and have come up with a great idea for all of you Wreck-It Ralph fans out there! See that awesome-sauce game cabinet to the left? It reminds me of something from my youth when I used to hang out in the Time Out Arcade at the local mall. No, I didn't play too many games, but the boys did, haha. Yep, I was a mall-rat. Don't hate.
Anyway, you can make your very own Wreck-It Ralph game cabinet! How cool is that?! For complete instructions, click HERE.
Also, check out this amazing Wreck-It Ralph cake made by esteemed pastry chef, Ricky Webster! I love it! I wish Mr. Webster were local...I have 2 toddlers with birthdays coming up, and I would love to enlist his services to make their cakes! The attention to detail is astounding, and I love the fact that he perfectly mimicked old-school, 8bit graphics, reminiscent of the original Mario Bros games. Yep, I am old. I actually remember these games from my childhood!
Wreck-It Ralph is in theaters NOW...So unless you have a screaming toddler, hurry up and go see this movie! Make sure you let me know how it ends!
