***Disclosure: This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Parent's Choice Overnight Diapers. All opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** Have you ever woken up to find your baby's clothing, sheets, and body literally soaked? Well, as babies get older, this tends to happen...A lot. My toddlers prove this at least a couple of times a week. We have tried a lot of things to combat the issue, like not giving drinks right before bed time, encouraging Sophie, who is potty-training, to go "tinkle" before she goes to sleep, and even doing the Potty Dance before bed, in hopes that it will motivate the kiddos to get it out of their system, literally. Sure, some of these things work sometimes...We have even switched to using disposable diapers overnight rather than cloth, since cloth seems to leak for for my son and tends to irritate his skin. Even after these steps, we found that we still wake up to leaky diapers on occasion. Finally, it dawned on me that maybe, just maybe, I should try looking into overnight diapers. I always kind of assumed they were a gimmick. Something companies would try and convince you that you need, even though you probably don't. With cloth-diapering, I understood that changing it up at night was absolutely necessary. But for some reason, when using disposables, I assumed they were all created equal. So after waking up to clammy, wet babies one time too often, I decided to check out some overnight diapers and see if it made much of a difference. Being that we're a one income family of five, I opted to try the Parent's Choice Overnight Diapers from Walmart. These come in sizes 3-6, so they're meant for older babies and toddlers.(From 16-35+lbs) One of the things I really like about these diapers is that they have a cute little sleepy bear design on both the front and the back of the diaper. And let's face it...Looks do matter! We want our kids to be cute from head to toe, including their diaper designs. Or at least I do...Maybe that makes me odd? Another thing I really appreciate is the fact that Parent's Choice Overnight Diapers offer a highly absorbent core, made to handle multiple voids over longer periods of time. This means baby can sleep comfortably, and so can exhausted parents! These inner lining of these diapers are also hypoallergenic and have Vitamin E and Aloe added to soothe baby's skin. I was also quite pleased with the durability and fit of these diapers. I have tried many, many "budget" or store brand diapers in the past, and I have usually shied away from them due to issues with leaks or fit. Parent's Choice Overnight Diapers have super-strong tabs for closure, and they really do stay put quite well. There is a good amount of stretch to the "wings" of the diaper, which allows for a perfect fit. I would also like to point out that the leg-gussets do a wonderful job of keeping messes in the diaper where they belong, which gets major brownie points in my home. My Xander, seen below, is known for his epic, overnight explosions. I can't tell you how many times I have been greeted in the morning with poop coming up his back or down his legs. I was very surprised to see that these ultra-afforable diapers were able to contain what even name brand standard diapers could not. Overall, I have had great success with these overnight diapers. I actually feel a bit foolish for assuming that overnight diapers were the same as normal ones...Lesson learned. I also am thrilled to have found a store-brand diaper that actually performs as well as premium brands. Since my Xander uses disposables overnight rather than cloth, I know that I will be purchasing more Parent's Choice Overnight Diapers soon! Night time protection for babies is an important consideration for parents as their little one grows. Ordinary diapers may not have enough absorbent capacity to handle multiple voids over long periods of time with older babies. When wet mornings become the norm, parents start looking for more protection to guard against overnight leaks.

We've talking about getting overnights but I never would have considered that brand. Thanks for the tip. We'll have to try them!
