No other compensation has been provided and all opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** I don't know about you, but I cannot get enough of Greek Yogurt. It's thick, creamy, and has a delicious tanginess that delights my tastebuds. I especially love drizzling some Canadian Raw Honey on it. Delicious! While Greek Yogurt is a breakfast staple, it can be used in many other ways, too! I actually use it in place of sour cream in recipes like Stroganoff since I absolutely hate, hate, HATE sour cream. It works out very well! I also love making sauces and marinades using Greek Yogurt. This works especially well when I make Indian or Middle Eastern dishes. Greek Yogurt is super versatile, and can definitely be enjoyed during every meal. Recently, I received a copy of The Greek Yogurt Cookbook by Lauren Kelly, CN. This great book offers 125 different, inventive ways to incorporate this superfood into your diet. Here's more info about the book : Greek yogurt is being touted as "the next superfood" and for good reason--it's delicious, low in fat, and has about 18 grams of protein per serving! Like many who swear by it, you may consider it your morning staple, but The Greek Yogurt Cookbook expands the food beyond the quick breakfast or snack with 125 delicious Greek yogurt recipes for any time of day. From tantalizing marinades, sauces, and dressings to hearty entrees bursting with flavor, you will delight in the rich taste, creamy texture, and endless health benefits that Greek yogurt brings to every dish. Featuring creative and delicious swaps and substitutions, this book offers step-by-step instructions for creating a variety of Greek yogurt recipes, such as:
The Greek Yogurt Cookbook is the all-in-one cooking guide for those looking to get this superfood into their diet! We tried out several of the recipes in this book. My absolute favorite has to be the Creamy Macaroni and Cheese with Bacon. Yum! There are tons of great recipes for everything from breakfast foods and smoothies, to savory entrees and side dishes. Oh, can't forget about dessert, too! We're very pleased with this cookbook. The recipes are fantastic, and are definitely restaurant quality without being unhealthy. The only thing I would change about this cookbook? I would definitely add some more pictures of the finished recipes. There are only a few color photos, and they're all located in the middle of the cookbook. I am a very visual person, and I like to know how my food is supposed to look. Regardless, I think this cookbook is an absolute must have! Buy It : You can purchase The Greek Yogurt Cookbook on Amazon. Both paperback and Kindle versions are available. Enter to WIN : I am thrilled to announce that one lucky reader will be receiving their own copy of The Greek Yogurt Cookbook.
