Summer is coming to a close, and fall is right around the proverbial corner. That means a few different things in my home: The kids will be cranky as they adjust to their schedules, cold and flu are going to creep up on us eventually, but in the meantime, we're definitely at risk for what I call the "Back to School Sickies."
Every year, without fail, we get some sort of bug within a few weeks of school starting. Without FAIL. I think it's all the germs co-mingling in close quarters after taking a blissful summer off. I do my best to stay as healthy as possible, especially this time of year. I make sure to clean and disinfect things around the house, I drink loads of water and get plenty of rest, and I also make sure to eat a well-balanced diet. Oh, and I take steps to ensure my innards stay healthy and balanced by taking prebiotics. Lately, I've been totally digging the products from Prebiotin.
Prebiotin makes a variety of formulas designed to aid and benefit regularity, obesity, bone health and heart health. Whichever formula is right for you, each will improve the bacterial mix in your colon.
You may wonder if you can ingest prebiotic fiber through a diet comprised of healthy nutrients. The simple answer is yes: foods such as chicory root, wheat products, the Jerusalem artichoke, garlic and onions all contain various amounts of prebiotic fibers, such as inulin and oligofructose. Unfortunately, most people find ingesting enough of these foods difficult, if not impossible, to realize the beneficial daily requirements. This is where prebiotic fiber supplements can help.
Some, for example, cannot eat wheat products because they are gluten-intolerant or because they’re trying to cut calories. Others don’t like the taste of garlic and onions. And many find locating foods such as chicory root and Jerusalem artichokes extremely difficult. Whatever the reason, people aren’t eating enough fiber to maintain healthy lower gut bacteria.
Prebiotin's family or prebiotic supplements can help with that. They offer several different prebiotic fiber products that help keep you balanced by promoting the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut. This, in turn, supports immunity.
It's just one more way to help stay in tip top shape during a hectic and chaotic time of year. If you've ever wanted to give prebiotics a shot, I highly recommend them. You can even take these supplements if you're trying to manage your weight! Check out Prebiotin's line of products to find the supplement that's right for you! Connect with Prebiotin :

Doing housework is exercise. Between that and the yard, it can keep you busy.
