![]() Did you know that most Americans don't get enough fiber in their normal diets? It's recommended that a person gets 20-35 grams daily, but average consumption tends to only be about 10-12 grams. That's a pretty significant difference! Why do we need fiber? Well, for one, it prevents "pooping problems" as my teen likes to call it. If you don't get enough fiber, bowel movements may not be as regular as they should be, causing painful constipation. (Yeah. I am talking about pooping. I am not at all shy here.) In addition to keeping a body regular, fiber also helps promote good heart health, helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels, helps remove toxins from the body, and even helps to keep blood sugar levels in check. It even offers a "food source" to the good bacteria that live in our intestines. So as you can see, there are a lot of reasons that getting an adequate supply of fiber is essential for overall well-being. One great way to easily and painlessly increase your fiber intake is by choosing Fiber Smart products from ReNew Life. It is 100% natural and contains no artificial ingredients, chemicals, or preservatives. Fiber Smart comes in 3 varieties: Clear Fiber, Ultimate Chia Seed, and Natural Triple Fiber. Fiber Smart Clear Fiber is 100% soluble fiber for clear mixing. It is unflavored, sugar-free, grit free, and non thickening. It contains a generous 3 grams of fiber per serving. This is probably the easiest and least detectable formula for getting fiber in your system. You truly can't even tell it's there! Fiber Smart Natural Triple Fiber is made of flax, oat bran and acacia fiber. It is unflavored and contains 3 grams of fiber per serving. Fiber Smart Ultimate Chia Seed is a 100% premium whole chia seed supplement. It’s a great source of omega-3s, omega 6, omega 9, fiber and protein. (This is my favorite, since I am on a Chia Seed kick lately since it has so many amazing benefits!) I would definitely recommend trying these great products if you haven't already. It really is amazing how much better a person can feel in general when they get enough fiber in their system. It goes far beyond making trips to the restroom more bearable, too! I have noticed an increase in energy and feel a lot less sluggish overall. I should also point out that Fiber Smart products don't produce intestinal cramping like some other fiber supplements tend to do. Connect With ReNew Life Fiber Smart : You can learn more and even get a $3 off Fiber Smart coupon on their website. Fiber Smart products are available at CVS, K-Mart, Rite Aid, Target and Walgreens. You can also connect with ReNew Life on Facebook and on twitter to stay on top of all their latest products and promotions! I take chia seeds.. I have felt a difference in overall feeling better. I also am using whey powder and have one drink with it every morning, and yes, also feel much better. I have always had issues with getting enough fiber. I am now gluten-sensitive, so I can't count on bread for fiber as I used to. This would be a great product.
