My Opinion :

We've really been enjoying having this product on hand. An adult dose is 6 gummies, so it really does feel like you're having a treat! They've got a great gummy consistency, and are fruit flavored. I think they're a little on the sour side for my tastes, but they're still pretty delicious. 

My husband cannot swallow pills at all for some reason, so these have been wonderful for him. He actually WANTS to take his vitamins for once! We will definitely be keeping these on hand, since they make getting proper nutrients easy and painless. 

I would definitely recommend SmartyPants Adult Complete Gummy Vitamins. They're a great product for anyone looking to get their vitamins without having to swallow a horse pill. Plus, they taste good! Who says kids get to have all the fun?!
