Scene75 Family Entertainment Center Coming to Cleveland #Partner #Cleveland #Scene75 #ThisIsCLE7/13/2017 ***Disclosure: I attended an exclusive event to learn more about Scene75. Yes, they fed me. All opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** Hey, my fellow Ohioans! My Buckeye Loving Peeps. My...well...I don't know any more cutesie little names to refer to you as. Basically, if you live in the NE Ohio area, this post is for YOU. Scene75, an international award winning family entertainment center, which was voted Best Family Entertainment Center in North America, is coming to Brunswick! This is a convenient drive from Cleveland, as well as from the Akron/Canton areas and everything in between. We'll just say it's NE Ohio friendly! This Ohio-born brand began in Southwest Ohio and is currently building their first location the Northeast Ohio area. The new site will feature an indoor electric go-kart, a two-story laser tag arena, 4 food trucks, center bar, blacklight mini-golf, bumper cars, 4d theaters, 120 arcade games, inflatables, private party rooms, and much, much more. While Scene75 is mostly known for its family-friendly fun, it is also known for a variety of community involvement efforts relating to education and more. Scene75 is a family-owned, family oriented, and proud to be a part of this community. Recently, we were invited to an exclusive Media Only Event to check out all of the awesomeness that Scene75 will be bringing to the NE Ohio area. Keep reading to see tons of pics and learn more about what is sure to be the hottest thing in Brunswick! Dan and I arrived, and who did I run into other than the LEGENDARY Tom from Tom's Take On Things! Tom is an amazing friend, and he and I have been online bloggy pals for a whopping SIX years now. It was so nice to finally meet him and his beautiful wife, Michelle, and give them both a big hug! It was long overdue! Be sure to check out Tom's thoughts on Scene75 HERE. There's a whole lot to take in walking into Scene75 for the first time. There were tons of arcade games, ticket-type games, and even a massive, circular, full-service bar that is in the smack dab center of the 88,000 square foot venue. Fun fact: This space used to be occupied by a grocery store. Food Truck Alley? That was once a popular place to buy greeting cards. There are generously sized banquet rooms that can be used for private parties and events. Be sure to ask the folks at Scene75 how you can book your event there! There are also some fun mini-bowling lanes for those who like to try and score that perfect 300. The best part? No stinky, ancient bowling shoes required! Oh, and for kids under 12? They have got it MADE. I am secretly jealous of my littles. Scene75 has a HUGE room that is full of inflatables. There are slides, bounce houses, and even a special toddler area complete with sensory and tactile activities. My favorite part of Scene75 would have to be their groovy miniature golf courses. These are all glowing, thanks to black lights. There are 2 different course zones, one having an under the sea theme, and the other being the immortal jungle. The coolest part? These courses are both hand-painted by phenomenal artists, and even have specially created props to match their respective themes. These mini golf courses are quite possibly the coolest thing I've ever seen. Not even kidding. They are so different and unique, as you can see from the slideshow above. Speaking of crazy, artistic talent, Scene75's District 75 Laser Tag features the talent of the same artists that painted the mini golf courses! It's literally set up like a city. There are pizza joints, shopping places, and much more. It's a 2 level attraction that looks a LOT like Gotham City....But without Batman, of course. The thing I appreciate most about the Laser Tag at Scene75 is their commitment to safety and accessibility for ALL of their guests. Each tag session is closely monitored to make sure everyone is being safe and following the rules, and the course has easy to navigate ramps, making it handicap-accessible. Also, we need to talk about the mouthwatering FOOD! Scene75 isn't like your typical entertainment center with pizza that tastes like cardboard. Not even close. Scene75 offers a truly gourmet experience with their "Food Truck Alley". Food Truck Alley will be the permanent spot for 4 amazing Food Trucks that have seen much success in the NE Ohio area: -Boca Loca Burrito Factory -River Dogs -Proper Pig Smokehouse -Sauced Wood Fire Pizza We got to enjoy samples from each of these trucks. We ate everything from Cheddar Sliders and Chili Cheese Dogs to artisan, wood fired pizza, to delicious Carnita Burritos to BBQ Beef Brisket Sliders and more. Yep. This place offers a MUCH more sophisticated and satisfying dining experience than one might expect from such a venue. The cool part? Much like traditional Food Trucks, the menus will be often-changing with great new flavors to try! How cool is that?! To wash down all the munchies, adults can head to the Center Bar and enjoy 16 taps which will feature some great, local brews as well! Yep. Scene75 has something to offer everyone, young and old! We cannot wait to head back with the kids to do some more exploring, as well as play a round or 3 of that awesome mini-golf. Scene75 Cleveland will officially be open in late August. See you there!
