Piia Podersalu Art Prints for Children Review and GIVEAWAY Open WW 9/20

If you're a new or expectant parent, chances are, you are looking for products to help create the perfect nursery. Whether it's that antique-style crib with so much character, that adorable bedding you've had your eye on for months, or even the perfect color scheme for the walls, preparing for baby is definitely a time full of joy and excitement. 

If you're decorating a nursery, one thing you'll definitely want to consider purchasing is unique, whimsical wall art. I like choosing wall art that will make baby smile, but is still suitable for the room as baby grows into a curious little child. 

One shop I am absolutely loving right now is Piia Põdersalu.

This etsy shop, run by a lovely lady in Israel names Piia, offers gorgeous, handmade art prints that are truly stunning. She is a truly gifted illustrator and designer, and lovingly creates adorable art prints specifically with babies, toddlers, and kids in mind. There are vibrant owls and elephants, turtles, birds and dogs, all awaiting their new home in your nursery or play room! Oh, they're super-affordable, too!

Our Review :

Piia generously sent me a couple of her fabulous prints to check out for myself. I chose the Jungle Animals Art and the Mama Elephant prints. 
My prints arrived very quickly, even though they came from Israel. I think it took about a week, which is pretty impressive! 

The first thing I noticed when I received my package was how well-protected they were. These were beautifully packaged in a way that protects the art prints from any bending or creasing during shipping. They arrived on my doorstep completely intact and in immaculate condition. 

The next thing I noticed is how amazingly intricate and detailed these prints are. They are drawn in pencil and then printed using the highest quality inks and paper. While they are prints, they definitely have a hand-made feel to them, and you would never know they weren't the original art! 

I just love the colorful detail in these prints. Check out the friendly jungle animals below. I really love the whimsical, almost Indian feel that the elephant has. And the elegant giraffe, too! Oh, and who can forget the adorable little bear. These animals are friendly and fun, and are sure to delight children of all ages.

I also absolutely adore the Mama Elephant print. We love elephants and monkeys, so this fits right into our decor. I collect Buddhas and other similar decor, so this elephant and its almost Hindu-feeling design meshes quite well in my home. And don't you just love the cheerful expression on the monkey's face? How cute is he?! 

Overall, I couldn't be happier with these prints from PIIA PÕDERSALU. 

They are beautifully made, and ready to frame. You may have noticed I have not framed these prints. In fact, I have placed them back into their protective wrapping. Why? Well, they will be a gift for my sister, who is expecting her 4th baby, a little boy, in just a few short months! (Sssh! Don't tell her!) I know she will be absolutely thrilled with them, and that they will definitely give her nursery tons of personality!
