![]() You may have noticed, I tend to complain about my hair a lot...(At least when I am reviewing hair care products!) My hair is long, very, very thick, and wavy. Some people have said that they envy my locks, but that is only because they don't have to deal with the obstacles that having this kind of hair creates. You see, while my hair is thick and full, it is also rather unmanageable. No matter what I do, it won't hold a style for long and often falls flat due to its weight and thickness. I often resign myself to pulling it back into a ponytail or messy bun. So when I recently got the opportunity to try Parnevu hair products, I was very curious to see how they'd do on my hair. I should note that while Parnevu is designed to be used on ethnic hair, it is compatible with all hair types. So don't let the images on some of the bottles fool you. Even if you're of the Caucasian persuasion like me, these products will work on your hair! Parnevu offers both an Extra Dry Line as well as a T-Tree Line. I received products from both to try. I received the T-Tree Shampoo, Extra-Dry Salon Shampoo, and the Extra-Dry After Shampoo Conditioner. Want to know my thoughts? Keep reading! My Opinion: I have been using these products for a few weeks now, and I must admit, I am pleasantly surprised. I LOVE the T-Tree Shampoo the best. It has a delicate scent, unlike other t-tree products, and it leaves my hair soft, clean, and shiny. I use this shampoo once a week or so when I want to rid my hair of any build-up. It works wonderfully!
I also like the products from the Extra Dry line. They are supremely moisturizing, and definitely add softness to my hair. In the winter time, my hair tends to get a bit on the dry and brittle side, especially at the ends. With Parnevu, this has not been the case. My hair isn't as parched feeling at all, even when it's cold out and there are arctic winds. I do have to say that I am not overly crazy about the scent of the shampoo. While it's not overwhelming at all, it reminds me of the scent my hair used to get when my Mom permed my hair as a kid. (Again, not as overhelming...It's a very subtle scent!) This would not deter me from using these products, as the amazing performance far outweighs the fact that the smell isn't my favorite. Overall, I would definitely recommend Parnevu products. They are effective, affordable, and work well on any hair type. I love the fact that Parnevu products are specifically designed to promote hair growth, repair split ends, and give users shiny, healthy hair! I plan on purchasing more of their T-Tree products myself, especially the leave-in conditioner! HOW TO CONNECT : You can check out Parnevu on their website. You can also connect with them on Facebook and on twitter to stay on top of their latest products and promotions! ***Disclosure: I received complimentary samples to facilitate my review. No other compensation was provided and all opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.***
