Whew! This summer has just flown by, hasn't it? We've been very busy here in NE Ohio, and have made tons of amazing memories. I got to see my baby brother get married, I had fabulous floor seats at the Bruno Mars show for my birthday, and we even took our first family vacation. I have to say, this has been one of the best summers ever, and I am sad to see it come to an end.

As wonderful as summer is, I have to admit, I am pretty darn excited to welcome fall. First of all, my teenager is back in school. This allows me a LOT more peace and quiet during normal working hours. Don't get me wrong, I adore my son. It's just that he, like many teens, can be pretty loud and boisterous, usually at the worst times possible. And when HE gets all riled up, so do the little ones. Not fun. Not fun at all. So back to school season allows me to get more done, both with the kids and the blog.
