Mother's Day Gift Idea: South Beach Smoke Electronic Cigarettes

With Mother's Day approaching, you may be a bit frazzled trying to find Mom the perfect gift. Flowers and candy are nice, but they don't stick around for very long at all. And jewelry is expensive and isn't always a possibility, especially in today's economy! (Trust me, I won't be getting any bling this year!)

One great gift idea is an electronic cigarette, such as those from South Beach Smoke. I know what you're thinking...What kind of gift is that?! Well, if Mom, or anyone else in your life for that matter, is a smoker, it can be the gift of life. You see, electronic cigarettes are far more effective in helping smokers quit than any previously found method.

How is this? Well, for one, it keeps the hands and the mouth busy. This is one of the biggest obstacles smokers encounter when trying to quit. Smoking is not only an addiction, it's also a habit that's very hard to break. When I smoked, I found that there were certain times I would light up out of reflex alone. Usually it was after I woke up, after eating, before bed, and when I was overly stressed. Long road trip? Forget about it! I used to smoke more just to break the monotony of a long, boring car ride.

Something non-smokers don't understand is that smoking becomes second nature to those who ever started this unfortunate and deadly habit. By using a safe, electronic cigarette, smokers who are trying to quit not only get their "fix", they also continue a routine they have more than likely depended on for years. Electronic cigarettes act, look, and feel just like the real thing. You even exhale "smoke" just like you would with a real cigarette. However, this smoke is a harmless water vapor that is free of carcinogens and other harmful substances.

It's a known fact that cigarettes are incredibly harmful to one's health. It literally effects everyone around a smoker. Whether it be from second-hand smoke or even a simple residue on objects, smoking can cause serious health risks such as lung cancer, COPD, asthma, and more. It can also increase the occurrence of bronchial and sinus infections. Using an electronic cigarette from South Beach Smoke eliminates these hazards. Not only that, they help protect other family members from the adverse effects that cigarette smoke can cause.

I recently received a South Beach Smoke Deluxe Starter Kit to review. I admit, while this was meant for my husband, I tried it as well. I wanted to get a good feel for what it was like to use one of these devices. I have to admit, it was very, very realistic. It almost made me want to smoke again....Note, I said almost. My husband likes them, too. He has been smoke free for a few weeks now, with only a couple of relapses while we wait for our replacement cartridges to arrive.

The South Beach Smoke Electronic Cigarette comes in 2 different, realistic length to simulate regular cigarettes as well as 100's. These cigarettes come with a convenient charger, and each charge lasts for about 300 "puffs". You simply put a flavored cartridge on the end of the unit and "smoke" like you normally would. These cartridges come in a wide variety of flavors from the expected regular, lights, menthol, etc. There are also fun flavors like chocolate, vanilla, and cherry, just to name a few. My husband loves the chocolate, since he is a total chocoholic!

Now I will say this: The cartridges DO contain nicotine. After all, this is the addictive substance that keeps smokers going back for more. But while the nicotine is present, everything else is not. There is no rat poison, formaldehyde, fiberglass, and other harmful ingredients commonly found in the real thing. This truly is the lesser of two evils, and can be a valuable aide in helping a smoker kick the habit once and for all.

One of the really cool things about South Beach Smoke is that you receive a membership card with your order. This card is something you can present in public places that explains that you're smoking a completely safe, non-toxic electronic cigarette. This is very nice to have, especially in places that are not smoke-friendly. With this, you can "light up" anywhere without polluting the air around you and posing any harm to those around you.

Overall, I am definitely impressed with South Beach Smoke. This seems to be a very effective alternative to cigarette smoking. As a former smoker, I know first hand how hard it is to quit. This electronic cigarette can definitely make the quitting process a million times easier by offering a smoke-like experience without any of the adverse effects. Oh, by the way, electronic cigarettes are FAR less expensive than regular cigarettes and can save a ton of money every year!

So if Mom is a smoker, consider getting her a South Beach Smoke Deluxe Starter Kit this Mother's Day. You can help protect her health and keep her around for years to come. After all, you only have one mother. Might as well look out for her, right?

We've been making a push to encourage people to give electronic cigarettes as gifts. We started a site about electronic cigarettes and agree whole heartedly with your analysis of South Beach Smoke.

You said you "almost" quit with South Beach Smoke. What did you not like that made you continue to smoke tobacco products?

I believe I said my husband "almost" quit...And that's the truth. He does very well on the electronic cigarettes, but we're on auto-ship for refills and it seems his flavor is always on back-order. So while we wait, he sometimes smokes real cigarettes.

This is perfect! Mother's day is coming and I would like to give my wife the starter kit as a gift. We were both smokers before and just last month we decided to just start vaping. So far, everything is good.

I believe this is a perfect gift for my mother this coming Mother’s Day. She’s into vaping right now. She’s doing great right now but her e-cigIs a bit old now. So I Want to give this for her. I hope she’ll like it and give her more motivation to quit smoking.
