Anyone who knows me in real life is well aware of the fact that I am not overly shy. Okay, that's a lie....sort of. My social anxiety makes me painfully shy when meeting new people. However, once I am comfortable with someone, I am the furthest thing from shy. Nothing shocks me. Not much offends me. I also have a very colorful vocabulary, and I'm not afraid to use it.
So naturally, I'm not afraid to talk about the more delicate subjects in life...like poop. Now I have to admit, I've never been as regular as I should be. I, like a whopping 80% of the adult population, suffer from occasional constipation. I blame the fact that I absolutely love cheese. Cheese, however, doesn't love me so much.
So recently, when I learned about a natural, non-laxative, non habit forming way to relieve my digestive issues, I was curious to find out more. Digestic, made by the folks at Mimonis, Inc. detoxifies, restores intestinal balance, aids digestion, and relieves the constipation that so many people suffer either intermittently or chronically
I received a sample of Digestic to check out for myself.
The first thing I noticed when I received this supplement are the ingredients. There are only FIVE ingredients, and they are all approved by Mother Nature.
What's in Digestic? Fennel, Papaya, Tree Wormwood, Cardamom, and Aloe ferox. That's it, folks! Oh, minus the inactive ingredients that form the capsule, which are also vegetarian and natural.
These natural ingredients work together to gently and reliably promote digestive health without the use of harsh stimulant laxatives. Not only does Digestic help keep me regular, it also relieves gas and bloating.
Other benefits include:
There are no safety concerns or long-term usage risks, so this supplement can be taken daily.
Here are some things that you WON'T find in Digestic: Animal Products, wheat, corn, salt, sugar, milk, yeast, or artificial color, flavor, or preservatives. This supplement is also vegan.
How do I like Digestic so far?
Well, I have to say, I have definitely been having more regular bowel movements since I've included this in my daily supplements. Normally, I'd only go 2-3 times per week, sometimes less. Since I've been taking Digestic, I have been going pretty much daily.
One thing I definitely appreciate is the fact that this DIgestic is gentle. I don't end up with horrid, wrenching stomach cramps when using this product. It's very tummy-friendly, and I don't have to rush to the bathroom for anything explosive or unpleasant.
Another thing I love is that Digestic definitely helps with gas and bloating. I don't usually have a gas issue, but bloating happens on occasion. Digestic helps me feel more normal and less...well...gross, no matter what I've indulged in.
Overall, I am quite impressed with Digestic. It's become a daily routine, and I am definitely feeling better overall when it comes to tummy troubles or constipation. Since it's all natural and laxative-free, I don't have to worry about any bad habits forming, either.
If you need some safe, gentle digestive support, I'd definitely recommend checking out Digestic.
