I try and just keep moving for exercise. I'm trying now to make more time for myself and exercise.

I don't hink I've successfully exercised at home since I've had kids. I guess chasing after my three boys has become my exercise.

This is a must have mommy workout package. Lately,. I have been obsessed with losing weight but I just realize I can't do it the right way unless I practice healthy living with balance diet and regular exercise. That's I try to do at least a 5-10 minutes exercise a day.
