You all may recall I did a post the other day with my revamped Cinicinnati Chili recipe using Marukan Rice Vinegar. Cincinnati Chili is a very unique dish that's native to my home state of Ohio. It's not your typical chili by any means, and is typically served over spaghetti noodles and topped with a heaping pile of shredded cheese, beans, onions, or a combination of all 3.
