I'm so glad I found this blog hop! Just today I found a site with free workout videos, I'm going to try one tomorrow morning during my 7month old daughter's happy time of day. Then in order to still get my cleaning done I'll put her in her carrier and wear her which should burn a few more calories.

I've been dreaming to win a Zumba DVD set for more than a year now. LOL. I've started doing the Hip Hop Abs again to try to lose weight but based on my experience, if I do the same routine everyday for a couple of months, I get bored. We have been eating mostly healthy for the last year, but My husband really wasn't on board with it so he was bringing in junk. So far this year we are 100% organic, grass fed, real food, no junk food and we feel much better!

Oh wow, I've been on a futile quest for the past two years, spending thousands of dollars trying to get well/healthy. I think I'm going to try zoomba to get healthy this year.

We've decided to make fitness a family affair...less time for kids sitting on the couch, and more time on our bikes, kicking the soccer ball etc - we've been fortunate to have the only decent weather in the country for a few months now :)
