While I don't suffer from Celiac's Disease or gluten intolerance, I have been eating more and more gluten-free foods lately. You see, I want to lose about 15lbs before my birthday in June, so I have started making certain lifestyle changes in hopes of successfully reaching this goal.
Some of the changes I am making are drinking more water, eating more vegetables, eating organic whenever possible, and limiting my gluten and carb intake.
