 Wow...Take a look at Kylie Minogue! She looks better than ever, doesn't she? Well many of you may have memories of riding down the road, blaring her hits like "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", while singing along loudly with your girlfriends. I know I sure do! Well, Kylie has just released a brand new album, and it shows a softer, more mature side of this iconic female artist. On November 6, The Abbey Road Sessions was released. This album was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London....You know...Where The Beatles often recorded? Yep, that Abbey Road! Recently, I received a CD copy of this album to check out for myself. It includes 16 classic Kylie Minogue hits spanning the last 25 years and even has a few brand new songs to enjoy. I loved the fact that these well-known songs have been given a brand new spin by the artist, so while you can certainly sing along to these nostalgic tunes, it's almost like you're hearing them again for the very first time. So what makes this album so different? Raw emotion. These tracks have been stripped of their electronic pop sound and have been re-recorded accompanied not only by Kyle's band, but also by a full orchestra! The result is magical, and Kylie has never sounded better. She clearly shows the emotion behind every song, and in a way her fans have never heard before. Check out this video and see for yourself! Doesn't she sound great?! I know this CD will be in pretty constant rotation in my household. Even my husband is enjoying it, and he usually doesn't like "my" music!  I would definitely recommend this CD for any Kylie Minogue fans out there, young and old alike. Her style and voice have transformed into something sultry and addictive, and you'll hear a side of Kylie you've never experienced before. The Abbey Road Sessions would make a wonderful stocking stuffer for any music lovers on your gift giving list this Holiday season!
