***Disclosure: I received complimentary samples to facilitate my review. No other compensation has been provided, and all opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** Many of you know that I have a zoo here...On top of having a teenager and 2 preschoolers, all of whom are messy, we also have 3 dogs and 4 cats. Thankfully, our dogs are little so it's not too overwhelming. And the cats? Well...they're cats and pretty much keep to themselves on sunny windowsills until they want some snuggling. Of course with 3 kids and 7 pets, things can get messy and smelly quicker than Miley Cyrus gets naked. I try and combat smells by using air purifiers, scented candles, and keeping our litter boxes meticulously clean. It works pretty well, but doesn't address set in stains and odors that occur from the inevitable "accidents", human and fur-baby alike! Recently, I was introduced to a brand called Kids 'N' Pets. This company specializes in making quick work of even the worst messes we may encounter every day. (If you have kids and pets like me, this could literally mean EVERY day!) About Kids 'N' Pets : KIDS ‘N’ PETS was founded in 2001 by a busy dad with two kids and two pets who found himself needing to clean up A LOT of messes. The company’s first product, KIDS ‘N’ PETS All Purpose Stain & Odor Remover, was formulated with two goals:
For our little ones – fur and furless alike – Kids 'N' Pets knew the product needed to be simple and SAFE. KIDS ‘N’ PETS is made of a Cruelty Free, non-toxic, environmentally friendly and biodegradable formula. Using the power of Oxygen Activated stain and odor removing enzymes, KIDS ‘N’ PETS works by dissolving stains on contact and then both encapsulating and completely destroying all odors. They're so sure you’ll love their revolutionary formula, your first bottle is on them! But Does It Work ? It didn't take long at all to put Kids 'N' Pets Instant All Purpose Stain & Odor Remover. My Yorkie, Trouble, sometimes gets overly excited and piddles on the carpet. Yep, this little spitfire certainly lives up to her name! The worst is when she goes on our white carpet....Ugh....And she always seems to go back to the same spot, over and over again. This is because dogs have a very keen sense of smell, and they are attracted to areas that smell like a "doggy potty." Scents of past eliminations remain, even if we humans cannot smell it! Pretty gross, right? Here is a Trouble mess. Unfortunately, since this is a little dog who operates in constant stealth mode, I didn't see this spot until it was basically dried. When I did notice the spot, I immediately grabbed my Kids 'N' Pets Instant All Purpose Stain & Odor Remover. I treated the stain and then watched as it magically disappeared. Since this product contains oxygen activated enzymes that attack stains and odors full force, I can rest assured that the stain is gone as well as the odor. This has been fantastic, since it has definitely prevented repeat marking! Overall, I am definitely pleased with Kids 'N' Pets. This product has saved the day many times on many different messes. It even quickly removed and neutralized vomit and poop stains! This is definitely a must have in any home, with or without pets, especially since cold and flu season is upon us! And the best part? This product is completely safe to use around the entire family, as it is Non-Toxic, biodegradable and cruelty-free. How to Connect : You can check out the awesomeness that is Kids 'N' Pets on their website. You can also follow them on Facebook and on twitter to stay on top of their latest products, cleaning tips, and promotions! Enter to WIN : I am thrilled to announce that one lucky reader will receive a Kids 'N' Pets product package to try out for themselves!

Well I have a pretty old cat whom lately keeps missing the litter box when going to the bathroom. I think he just cannot see that well anymore.

I don't have any pets but do have 2 little boys that have accidents often. They don't always tell me right away and if it's not washed right away there is no getting the smell out.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff!!! It is awesome! I found it probably two years ago at my local Walmart then couldn't find it again until about 2 months I found it on Amazon. Nothing works like this stuff does and with a 1 year old, 3 year old, a 13 year old cat, a chihuahua, and I new kitten I have tested it on everything. It has cleaned up throw up from animals and kids and gotten rid if the smell, pee from the chihuahua and my daughter while she was potty training, it has cleaned up up food and juice stains, and most recently the new kitten didn't use the litter box for the first week and a half of having her.

My worst stains come from the pets who sometimes get sick in out of the way rooms, which means by the time we find it it, the mess is difficult to clean up.

I would have to agree with June. I have a cat that seems to miss the litter box. This morning I woke up to a pile of poop and she actually scraped the litter out of the box and scratched it over to the poop to cover it up, lol. Then my nieces are little messy monsters, lol.

Several yrs ago my Sweet furbaby Duchess got sick all over the front room rug and bedroom rug.. She was (RIP Duchess girl) part Mastiff and part ST Benard. About 130 lbs.. So we had a mess. My husband had to pull up the carpet in the bedroom and replace it. This was the biggest mess I ever had to deal with!!

My dog has allergies. Very, very rarely he gets an upset stomach and has a #2 accident in the house.. but when he does, it's far from pretty. I can barely clean it up without getting an upset stomach myself. Luckily he's never had that kind of accident on carpet.

The day of my sister's rehearsal dinner, I came home to the most horrific mess. My dog had to be rushed to the ER Vet, and I had a very short window to clean up. I won't get graphic, but let's just say that I can no longer use a certain cleaner without getting a queasy feeling.

My biggest carpet mess was a combination of my 3 year old throwing up a cherry Kool-Aid /ice cream slushy mix with our yellow lab running through it and chumping in our couch.

Our bassett is trained but if she needs to go in the middle of the night, she piddles and then wakes us up. Hasn't got the concept down yet!

My male Kittie gets hairballs & I have him trained to expel them on the tile floors but occasionally he doesn't make it & I have a mess on the carpet.

IT's always nice when the dog has an upset stomach and you end up walking in its poo during the night..

Unpleasant, but it's the dog throw-up that gets to me, and those are the worst!
