Last spring, I got to review the iBounce from JumpSport, a leader in all things that bounce. For over 15 years, JumpSport has brought smiles to kids and adults alike with their wide range of trampolines. This company has a wonderful reputation for bringing families the safest, most durable trampolines on the market.
The iBounce kids' trampoline offers hours of active fun, even on rainy, snowy, or otherwise dreary days when outdoor play is impossible. It comes with a tablet mount that can hold your iPad, nook, Kindle, or other tablet device. You can enhance your trampoline workout with podcasts, videos, and even e-books, making each bounce session a fresh new adventure that is sure to keep your child engaged.
Another very cool thing about the iBounce is that it comes with a fun, interactive DVD that allows your child to bounce along with friendly, cartoon pals, or even follow along with a Mom and Daughter work-out routine that incorporates different moves and tricks. Sophie actually likes the real people more than the cartoon. How weird is that?! Of course your child should always bounce under close adult supervision to prevent injury.
My toddlers have had their iBounce for several months, and are still not bored with it! And let's face it: Toddlers are fickle creatures that get bored easily! So when I found out that there were brand new companion DVD's being offered, I couldn't wait to try them out and change up Sophie and Xander's bouncing routine!
The 2 new DVD's are Episode 2- Let the Games Begin and Episode 3 – The Grand Finale. These offer brand new adventures for little ones, which keep boredom from setting in and allow for challenging new routines. Xander, who is almost 2, couldn't quite grasp the concepts shown, but Sophie, who is a year older, was able to follow along with very little trouble. Of course there was constant adult supervision, as always, to avoid any accidents.
One very cool thing about these new DVD's is that they can be downloaded to the computer and transferred to any tablet device. So if Mom is busy watching her shows, there's no need for interruption since the kids can watch the RompyRoo DVD's right on the mounted tablet. That's right. I won't miss any Maury and I will never wonder who's NOT the father. In all seriousness, though, this is so convenient and sure to keep kids active and stimulated indoors. Without trashing the entire house. Major brownie points earned there!
So if you don't have an iBounce, be sure to check it out! Also, check out the new DVD's! They're a lot of fun and definitely provide a fun and structured workout routine for little ones!
