One thing that a lot of folks have recommended for stress relief is being more physically active. Apparently, this can do wonders for not only the body, but for mood, too! And hey, I have to be honest. I have about 30lbs I would love to lose. So if working out could help with that, too, then maybe this fitness thing is worth a shot.
I am admittedly not the most organized person, so keeping track of important things like how many calories I burn and consume, how much water I am drinking, how much sleep I am getting, etc. would be a nightmare for me. It just wouldn't happen. My brain simply doesn't work that way, unfortunately.
That's why I was thrilled to learn about the new Jawbone fitness trackers, now available at Best Buy. Jawbone is introducing two new devices, the UP2™ and UP3™ The sleek, stylish, thin devices take the dirty work out of tracking things like fitness, sleep, and activity level. That's right. This handy little wearable device makes maintaining a healthy lifestyle simple and idiot proof.
Well, it's pretty tech-savvy stuff.
The Jawbone UP2 offers food tracking, activity tracking, sleep tracking, and even what they call a "Smart Coach."
This takes all of the data received and helps you to create an effective wellness plan based on your own body and habits. If you need to eat more balanced meals or get more sleep, Jawbone will tell you this and help you get on the right track. If you need to get your butt off the couch and move more, Jawbone will tell you that, too. This device is truly the next best thing to having a personal fitness coach.

I don't know about you, but I find these products very exciting. I love the fact that it collects all sorts of data and keeps it organized for you. This is the one thing that I would totally and completely fail at.
Another thing I love the idea of are personalized suggestions based on my own needs. Jawbone gets to "know" the user over time, and guides the user based on their own individual needs. Fitness and health aren't always one size fits all, and Jawbone gets it.
Jawbone also allows you to connect with family and friends to make reaching fitness goals a team effort. You can even challenge or "duel" other users, and let's face it: Competition is a good motivator. Everyone likes winning.
The Jawbone devices sync wirelessly with your iOS or Android devices, so keeping track of data and notifications is simple. This is also a wonderful way to track your progress.
I am looking forward to grabbing one of these new devices from Jawbone the next time I head to Best Buy. I am thinking I will go with the UP3, since it's loaded with so many features that will help me be successful in my goals.
Hopefully pretty soon, I will find some stress relief and a smoking hot body with the help of Jawbone. Of course it will take hard work and dedication on my part, but ultimately, it will definitely be worth it!
