Okay, so this is a topic that some people get squeamish about, but it happens to all of us...We've been dealing with poop problems here lately. (I know, TMI, right?! Don't worry, it's relevant!)
Sometimes, especially during the colder/sicky months, I have issues with digestion. It's not any fun feeling bloated, sluggish, nauseated, or weighted down. Tummy troubles get in the way of fun like heading to the park for some sledding, taking a trip to a friend's house, or attending seasonal gatherings. If the tummy feels icky, no amount of coaxing is going to make me want to shake things up, so to speak. I have found that taking Probiotics really seems to help. Before I began taking these supplements, I did a ton of research, since not all supplements are created equal. I was super excited to partner with LoveBug® Probiotics, since I found that they offer not only a comprehensive line of probiotics for the entire family, they also have a stellar reputation.
Let's chat about "Here's The Skinny".
Everyone faces digestive difficulties now and then, such as constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating and more. We’re also at risk from irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, Candida infection, leaky gut and other more serious-sounding problems—and we might not even know it. Poor gut health caused by junk diet, omnipresent antibiotics and other afflictions does more than give us rumbly tummies—it impacts our overall health. Here’s The Skinny contains a powerful blend of probiotics designed to restore our gut health by repopulating the microbiome with beneficial bacteria, helping us decrease our risk of disease and increase our happiness. Also, if you’re battling extra pounds, the supplement can help bolster weight loss.
I take these easy capsules daily, and I honestly have noticed a difference in my overall well-being. I feel less....icky? And I am definitely more regular since I've included this probiotic formula into my daily routine.
LoveBug Probiotics harnesses the power of BIO-tract®, a technology that protects the organisms in each Here’s The Skinny tablet, to attain up to 15 times the viability of other supplements. Each dose in the Here’s The Skinny plan contains up to 10 billion probiotics, consisting of a proprietary blend of strains determined by our researchers to offer optimal benefits. This is definitely very effective, and it shows within a couple of weeks. Because I used to be Bulimic, I do not own a scale. I have not weighed myself, and I do not know if I have lost any significant amount of weight. I CAN say that I feel less sluggish, have increased energy, and I haven't been suffering from bloating or digestive discomfort since I've added LoveBug Probiotics to my routine. I am definitely loving these, and thankful to have found this product. LoveBug® Probiotics also carries some awesome Probiotics formulated specifically for the kiddos! Little Ones probiotic is geared toward helping your child build a strong, balanced microbiome—crucial for their development, as well as their lifelong physical and mental well-being. Each kid-size sphere is designed to populate their gut with beneficial bacteria, helping them build immunity so they can grow up strong and healthy. Many probiotic supplements for kids miss the mark with chewable tablets, or formulations that contain sugar and other undesirables. Little Ones probiotics incorporates patented BIO-tract® technology, protecting the organisms and releasing them gradually for 15 times the effectiveness of other supplements. Also, by avoiding sugar, gluten, and other no-no ingredients, LoveBug probiotics avoid triggering sugar cravings and do not contain any of the 8 major allergens (fish, crustacean, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, eggs and soy), so there’s nothing standing in the way of healthy, happy kids.
