It is a soft, well stitched cotton, and isn't starchy feeling like a lot of other t-shirts tend to be. There were also no loose threads or crooked stitches. Overall, it was a nice, high quality t-shirt, and is very comfortable. And the monkey design is very cute. As a matter of fact, my 10 year old laid claim to the shirt as soon as it arrived! It is a bit big on him, as I did request and adult large, but he is wearing it proudly anyway.
