Aren't these pieces stunning?! I love the purity and the almost elemental feel of the jewelry from Baroni. I know...That totally makes me sound like a Hippie, but I get called one all the time for my obsession with organics, attachment parenting, greener living, and sustainability. The fact that I love tie-dye and classic rock like The Doors helps too, I imagine! Anyway, the jewelry from Baroni is right up my alley because it's simple, rustic, and still incredibly feminine.

My Review of the Daydream Necklace :

The awesome folks at Baroni generously sent me their sensational Daydream Necklace to review. When it arrived, it was beautifully packaged, which had me very excited. I love it when companies take the time to pay attention to seemingly trivial details like presentation. The fact that my necklace was wrapped in a pretty package shows me that Baroni is not only proud of their work, but dedicated to making their customers happy as well.

The Daydream Necklace is absolutely amazing. For one, it showcases a stone that many aren't aware of. The Labradorite is a multi-colored stone that changes with the light. It contains hues of green, gray, and blue, and is definitely very deep in its complexity. Labradorite was first found in 1770 on the Labrador Peninsula in Canada, hence the name. It is also found in Norway, and other locations in the former Soviet Union. There is also a blue, semi-transparent variety called spectrolite that is only found in Finland.

The Labradorite is also known as the stone of intuition, and as we all know a woman's intuition is a force to be reckoned with! Use the elemental powers of this stone during meditation, or when you're looking for inspiration to form new ideas. So the name "Daydream Necklace" is certainly fitting!

Look how gorgeous and complex this stone is. I love the way the colors shimmer and blend together, ever-changing in the light.

As you can see, the Daydream Necklace comes on a longer than typical sterling silver chain. (Major brownie points there!) While most necklaces come with a chain between 15"-18", the Daydream Necklace boasts a cable chain that can be adjusted between 22"-24". This is the perfect length in my opinion, since it falls right at the top of my bust.

Another thing I adore about this necklace is the way the Labradorite is set. It is framed in simple, sterling silver setting, which showcases the beauty of the pendant quite well. Sometimes, simplicity is key. The pendant itself is generously sized at 1 1/4", so it makes a nice statement without being completely overwhelming.

Overall, I am basically in love with my Daydream Necklace from Baroni. It is absolutely exquisite, and I have gotten compliments on it daily. It is also quite sturdy, and withstands the constant "examination" of my two toddlers. It is also visually stunning and unlike anything I have seen before.

So if you are looking for jewelry that definitely stands out in a crowd, I would certainly recommend Baroni. Their pieces are high-quality, thoughtfully designed and crafted, and are made specifically to reach your inner spirit. Baroni gets an enthusiastic A+++ rating from me!
