Being a new parent can be quite overwhelming. There's this tiny little person who is completely dependent on you to make all of the best decisions for them. After all, they can't make these choices for themselves just yet! So being a parent comes with a ton of responsibilities that help ensure our kids grow up happy and healthy. There's so much that Mom and Dad need to think about! What clothing to wear...What type of medicines are safe and what has been recalled...Which toys provide the best stimulation for early learning and development...And the list goes on and on...
Another thing new parents need to think about is proper nutrition. It's extremely important that your baby receives the proper nutrition during the 1st year of development and beyond. Good nutrition begins by eating the right foods in the right amounts. Did you know that it's not just WHAT you feed a child that matters, it's also WHEN and HOW? Take this short nutrition quiz to check your basic understanding of infant nutrition. I took the quiz and was thrilled to see that I got every single question correct! But then again, I am kind of a veteran here. I have 3 great kids! How did you score? Did you learn anything new? Thanks so much to the folks at Earth's Best for providing this quiz as well as a plethora of other resources and information to help every child start life on the right nutritional foot! You can check out all that Earth's Best Organic has to offer on their website. You can also connect with them on Facebook. Here you'll find a wonderful community of moms and dads just like you!
