***Disclosure: I received complimentary samples to facilitate my review. No other compensation was provided, and all opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** Like many others during this time of year, I am excited about the Holidays. I love seeing family and friends, and of course, watching my kids' eyes light up when they open their gifts. While this time of year is joyous, it's also important to remember that not everyone is as fortunate as we are. In many other parts of the world, families struggle for basic necessities like food, shelter, clothing, and even safe drinking water. As a mom, I want to teach my kids not only to be grateful for all they have, but to also want to help others. So when I was asked to partner with World Vision to promote their Holiday Gift Catalog, I jumped at the chance. About World Vision : World Vision is a Christian relief and development organization dedicated to helping children, families, and communities worldwide reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. We help transform the lives of the world’s poorest children and families in nearly 100 countries, including the United States, through interventions such as nutrition and safe drinking water programs, poverty relief and community development programs, disaster assistance, and more. Our non-profit work extends assistance to all people, regardless of their religious beliefs, gender, race, or ethnic background. World Vision has a wonderful Gift Catalog that will not only allow you to give some fantastic gifts, but also help those in need. Check out this brief video that shows how it works! Our Review : World Vision generously sent me the beautiful Colors of Africa Bracelet and Earring Set to see for myself. This set is beautifully handcrafted by artisans in Nairobi. Zakale crafts are made from recycled materials by Kenyan artisans, who received a loan from World Vision to grow their business and lift themselves out of poverty. Since each piece is unique, no 2 bracelets or necklaces will be exactly the same. I really love handmade items, and this set certainly doesn't disappoint! I especially love the wire hearts and vibrantly colored beads and charms! I am very happy with this set. It's extremely well-made, unique, and would make a perfect gift this year, especially for those fashionistas who love to accessorize! Approximate sizes: bracelet 8" long, earrings 2" long. Each is unique - size and color may vary slightly. Connect With World Vision : If you like this set, you'll definitely want to check out the rest of the World Vision Gift Catalog! They have something for everyone, from apparel to ornaments to toys and even coffee! You can also check them out on Facebook and on twitter to stay on top of their current endeavors and promotions! Enter to WIN : I am thrilled to announce that one lucky reader will their own Colors of Africa Bracelet and Earring Set! How cool is that?!

Each year more than 6 million children die before their fifth birthday. Often, all they need is basic medical care to treat preventable illnesses, but clinics are inaccessible or lack medicines and supplies.
