Green Giant Has A Very Special Surprise! #AGiantSurprise

In my home, we don't buy much "junk food". Chips simply don't find their home on my pantry shelves. (Much to my husband's dismay.) I am very passionate about only giving my children snacks that have nutritional benefits, and most ordinary chips just fall short.

That's why I was so excited about the very giant surprise from the folks at Green Giant! They have a brand new line of delicious chips that allow you to munch away without the guilt. There are 3 mouthwatering varieties: Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips in Zesty Cheddar, Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips in Sea Salt, and Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips!

These snacks are loaded with whole grain, and have significantly less fat than their traditional counterparts. They are made from real vegetables, and are naturally flavored.

We received the Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips and the Sea Salt Sweet Potato Chips to review, and I have to admit, these are amazing. They don't taste like "veggies", and they definitely had my picky kids completely fooled. Even my teen, who avoids vegetables like the plague, couldn't get enough of these crispy, delicious snacks.

The Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips in the Sea Salt flavor were wonderful. The flavor is light and not overly salty. I loved dipping these chips in hummus! The Zesty Cheddar Tortilla Chips were used to make Taco Salad. They were fantastic, and definitely had a nice, cheesy zing. And they didn't turn into soggy mush under our taco meat and salsa. Major brownie points there!

I am so happy I discovered this giant surprise! I can finally feel good about giving my family chips, since these aren't just delicious, but are loaded with whole grain and tons of real vegetables. Why didn't someone think of this sooner?! Leave it to Green Giant to pave the way to more sensible snacking without sacrificing flavor.
