It's that time of year, everyone! The Holiday shopping season is upon us! (At least it is if you're like me and get an early start to avoid the mad rush of frazzled, last-minute shoppers in December!)

Today, I want to talk about something that everyone loves: Facts, Knowledge, and lots and lots of adorable animals.
Okay, really, I'm referring to the amazing selection of educational books from National Geographic Kids! Books make the best gifts -- a thoughtfully selected book will hold a child's interest long after the new toys have been tossed aside. My kids are absolutely enthralled by this fun and educational package of books. Xander fell in love immediately with the Baby Animals book, as he wants to be a vet one day. Not to mention, who doesn't love baby animals?
Sophie's favorite would have to be the Just Joking Jumbo Joke Book. She's a miniature comedian, and has an odd obsession with joke books. This was right up her alley, and she's been telling us new jokes non-stop!
