***Disclosure:I am a paid Excedrin® Migraine blog ambassador. Compensation has been provided by Novartis Consumer Health, Inc., the makers of Excedrin® Migraine; my journey for a migraine-free experience is my own.*** With the Holidays coming up, there are so many wonderful things to look forward to. There's spending time with family and friends, opening gifts, and of course, there is always great food and maybe a nice glass of wine. Did you know that some of the things that make the Holidays so special can actually trigger migraines? It's true! Things like fatigue from traveling, chocolate, alcoholic beverages, and even scented candles or potpourri can bring on a migraine. I know for me, wine can be a definite trigger for migraines. I have to be very careful to drink it in moderation, and I always make sure to drink plenty of water to keep my hydration levels up, too. So yes, sadly this means I have to go easy on the egg nog. When all else fails and I feel the pain and pressure coming on, I turn to Excedrin Migraine for speedy relief. This is a must have in my purse and travel bag. I don't want a migraine to force me to miss out on the Holiday cheer and festivities! The makers of Excedrin® Migraine invite you to “Take a Holiday from Headaches” by following these simple steps, provided by Dr. Keri Peterson, M.D. To help avoid your triggers :
*Can be sourced to Cleveland Clinic ** Can be sourced to Headaches.org Win $25,000 from Excedrin! my biggest headache is trying to find a parking place when shopping...it's really bad when it's very cold, sleeting, snowing, or windy and you have to park really far away, or drive around until someone leaves to find a spot.

Finances give me the biggest headache during the Holidays. I am on disability and already have headaches about paying bills but during this time of year I have to really coupon and be very aware of deals to buy presents. I used to give quite a bit at Christmas and birthdays but now it is only what I can afford.

to me, one of the biggest headaches is waiting in lines. it's boring, tedious, and if i'm carrying things they get heavy. if it's cold outside, then i'm either wearing a coat getting too warm or holding it adding to the other stuff i'm carrying.
