***Disclosure: Although Newly Crunchy Mama Of has been compensated by i-Health, Inc., the makers of Estroven Weight Management, in the form of free product to try, the opinions expressed in this blog are independent and not associated with i-Health.*** Okay, so this post may seem a bit odd on my blog. I am 32 years old, and nowhere near menopause just yet. I don't experience hot flashes or night sweats, and my cycles are like clockwork. I still have plenty of time before I have to start thinking about "The Change". So why am I sharing information about Estroven Weight Management? Well, because I know several people who often express frustration with the bodily changes that occur during menopause. I have even heard some women say that their bodies no longer seem there own due to the often uncomfortable symptoms of menopause. The most common complaints? Weight gain, hot flashes and moodiness. Estroven's new Weight Management with clinically proven Synetrim CQ dietary supplements help combat these all too common issues that every woman will one day have to face. It provides multi-symptom relief, helps keep those extra pounds at bay, and is completely safe and effective. Obviously, I cannot give this product a truly accurate review since I am not experiencing menopause. So I gave one box to a friend who is suffering from early menopause at 28 due to a total hysterectomy and I also took the supplements myself, just to see what, if any, differences there would be in results. My friend, let's call her Jen, has been using this product for about 3 weeks now. She has lost 2.5 inches in her waist and is down in clothing sizes. (I didn't ask what size she actually wears because as any woman knows, that is incredibly impolite.) In addition to helping Jen manage her weight, she has also noticed a marked decrease in hot flashes, night sweats, and extreme mood swings. She has also noted that she doesn't feel as exhausted in the middle of the day as she normally would. I have not had the same experiences as Jen, but I have lost 8lbs in the past 3 weeks. (I have also been exercising and cutting carbs, which I am sure has been a help in addition to the supplement.) I have noticed that I feel more energized and motivated to stay active using Estroven Weight Management. Overall, it seems that this product does exactly what it claims to do. Jen and I both enjoyed results as far as weight management goes, and she noticed reduced menopausal symptoms. Of course as always, you should consult with a trusted physician before taking this or any other supplements. And also, common sense will tell you that good diet and exercise is also key. This product does offer a wonderful boost to your efforts!
