About a month ago, I shared that I, like many others, suffer from tooth sensitivity on occasion. Usually, it's with foods or drinks that are either very hot or very cold. There's nothing worse than taking a sip of hot coffee or slurping on a nice, creamy ice cream cone, just to have to wince in pain. Ugh. My mouth hurts right now just thinking about it!
Wait. No it doesn't. In fact, ever since I applied the Crest Sensi-Stop Strips, which are available at Walmart stores nationwide, I haven't had any temperature-induced sensitivity. None at all. I pushed the limits, too. I drink quite a bit of coffee, and I have also had an Icee type drink on more than one occasion during the past month. No pain. No throbbing. Nothing. I can honestly say I am very surprised that one 10 minute application has provided relief that has lasted the better part of a month. I thought that this was gimmicky and too good to be true. Well, I was totally and completely wrong. These things work, and they work quite well.
As a quick re-cap for those who missed my last post, Crest Sensi-Stop Strips work much like their whitening strips do, with one key difference. Rather than covering the whole tooth area, you want to focus on the gumline. This is where most tooth sensitivity is generated from.
Just leave these thin, unobtrusive strips in place for 10 minutes. Remove them, and then go about your day. You should start noticing relief from tooth sensitivity really quickly.
Overall, I am very pleased with the results I got after using Sensi-Stop Strips. I can now enjoy a nice hot beverage or frozen treat, and pain doesn't interfere anymore. Until I can get the veneers I so desperately want, which will probably be if I ever win the lottery, I know I will definitely be using this product.
If you suffer from tooth sensitivity like I do and would like to give Crest Sensi-Stop Strips a try, you can find them at your local Walmart store.
These come in a box of 6 strips and retail for $19.99. This is a small price to pay for a month of relief, don't you agree?
