Here in the Cleveland, Ohio area, it gets cold. And when I say cold, I mean horrifyingly, unbearably cold. I live in a place where, during the winter months, I usually cannot feel my face. Trust me. It's not fun, especially since 20 years in Virginia erased my tolerance for cold.

Anyway, one thing I DO love about the colder months is that I have an excuse to break out my warm, cozy sweaters and hoodies, and of course, my boots! I am definitely a boot gal. There's nothing cuter than some skinny jeans or leggings paired with a sweater and scarf and a pair of killer boots.

Recently, I learned about ABEO Footwear. They are part of The Walking Company, who provides you with the most technically-advanced comfort shoes available. Their product team is constantly on the move, searching every corner of the globe to find footwear featuring the latest breakthroughs in comfort shoe technology.

What does this mean? Well, basically, it means that even if you have foot problems like "flat feet" or "arch problems", ABEO Footwear has the perfect shoe for your needs. They even offer a revolutionary, custom 3D fit that is specific to your unique foot type. Pretty cool, right?

I received a great pair of ABEO's footwear to check out for myself. I had no idea what to expect when I received my package, so it was kind of like Christmas morning, but early. Would I get clogs? Casual shoes? Boots?

I opened the box with anticipation, and saw that I was sent the absolutely fantastic ABEO B.I.O.system® Regina Neutral Boot in Grey.

Jackpot! These will come in very handy during our cold, Ohio winters!

Before I go into my thoughts about these adorable boots, here are the technical details:

Stay on-trend and experience the revolutionary, 3D fit comfort of the women’s ABEO B.I.O.system® Regina boot with neutral support, featuring built-in orthotics custom fit to the contours of your feet. The cozy boot cuff can be worn up or down for varying looks, while the wraparound belt at the ankle adds a fashionable touch. ABEO B.I.O.system footwear is designed to fit your specific arch type for increased stability, balanced weight distribution, reduced foot fatigue, and reduced shock and stress on joints.
  • A neutral footbed provides enhanced arch support and is designed to match most foot types, providing all-day comfort, support, and stability.
  • Premium water-resistant twinface sheepskin upper with suede heel guards.
  • Genuine shearling lining naturally wicks away moisture.
  • Cuff can be worn up or down to create varying styles.
  • Belt-like strap with rivets at the ankle adds interest.
  • Heat retaining insole board.
  • B.I.O.system technology supports feet, and reduces shock and stress on joints.
  • Durable, direct inject polyurethane outsole is lightweight, flexible and provides traction.

First, let me just say that these boots ROCK.

They are not only super-cute and fashion-forward, they are also incredibly warm. They are lined with genuine shearling, which helps keep my feet warm and dry, no matter that the weather happens to be.

The uppers are made from premium water-resistant twinface sheepskin upper with suede heel guards. These materials also ensure your tootsies don't get wet or frozen.

The Regina Neutral Boots also feature a very durable sole with a good amount of tread. This is a huge plus, since ice can be a real problem here in the Cleveland area. Good traction is an absolute must if you want to avoid embarrassing wipe-outs.

Good looks aside, let's talk about what matters the most when choosing winter footwear: Comfort.

The ABEO Regina Neutral Boots are incredibly comfortable. They felt a little different at first, as I am not used to wearing boots that offer so much support! Once I got used to the feel of them, I was amazed at how much better my feet felt at the end of a long day. Also, I noticed that I didn't have the normal aches and pains in my knees and hips like I have experienced before after being on my feet all day. This is because ABEO's B.I.O.system technology supports feet, and reduces shock and stress on joints.

Overall, I am beyond thrilled with my ABEO experience so far! These boots are incredible! They're well made from the highest quality materials, they're supremely comfortable, and yes, they look good, too. It just doesn't get much better than that!

If you have any shoe-loving fashionistas on your Holiday gift lists this year, definitely check out what ABEO Footwear has to offer. I think you'll be as delighted as I am!
